Budd & Company Automotive - Rainier

Easy booking, friendly staff, and timely service. Oil changed with synthetic for a great price. Thanks guys!

they were fast and professional with their service and inspections, provided a detailed estimate of work, and kept me informed of the repairs process / were accommodating to my insurance estimator

Have been coming here for a few years now and I always direct folks in need of a good auto shop to Budd & Company, even those on the east side of the lake. Tara was incredibly kind and I'm always appreciative of the transparency the shop offers through their service and the Lyft back to the shop once service was done!

The reception was easy, the work was done fairly quickly. Though I got a wrong final receipt/invoice that says I declined two service I did not ask them to do. This is minor and did not affect the total pricing, but still...Oil change did not come with routine checks that is one thing to note.

VERY fast and friendly service! free coffee and treats! lots of parking space. very informative as well and they're great with prioritizing auto needs and assisting with payment. i didnt need to worry about a thing. i will definitely be going back😎

The whole team is professional and easy to talk to ! They take time to explain everything . You get a printout of what’s been done and what coming up so you can budget your car maintenance! No pressure and they do an incredible job ! Waiting area is comfy and clean and clean bathroom to use complimentary water and… Read full review

Budds has always been a great place to take my car, good customer service, convenient location and fast turn around.

I had done some research on best shops to take my car into and saw good reviews for this place. I called ahead and told them what I needed and asked for a quote - he told me $67. When I went in, the front desk quoted me $2,000 for a bunch of random recommendations. I said no to all of them except what I came in for… Read full review

Flawless transaction. Even with having to get parts in, my car was serviced and repaired in one day. I’m quite happy with this work.

Excellent experience getting my car serviced Andrew Santana was very professional and helpful <3 Definitely will be coming back !

Budd's is my local, really effective, auto repair shop. I feel confident about the diagnostics, quality and pricing.

Excellent customer service. Good timely communication. Upbeat and kind. And, the car is running great!

i LOVE budd & co! they always get me in ! even next day! always helpful & honest! highly recommend!!!!

Great price, great customer service! Fixed my climate control unit for $200 less than Midas quoted me and did a complimentary ac recharge. Everyone working there is very friendly and helpful, and their pricing is very transparent. Aaron and Alejandro were particularly helpful. Highly recommend!

Good price for oil change, very helpful inspection included. Sends written up findings with photos as needed. Gives clear options to approve or decline additional work without pressuring you. I will return for future car maintenance.

This was my second visit to Budd & Company for (2) different issues. Both times I was treated well and my issues were taken care of. Their shop is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and made sure I understood the charges for the work being done. I will continue to use them for future service issues.

Very friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Fast and efficient service.

Brought my car in for an oil change, brake system flush, and a general inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was fast, the staff was knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair without any surprise charges. What really stood out was that they went beyond just the car work. When I… Read full review

Visiting for a promotional oil change. Customer service was excellent! Friendly staff, made sure I understood the work being done as well as the work needing to be done. BUDD has been in my community for many years, this was my first visit but I will definitely be returning.

Quick, simple and Awesome team!!! The guys are great and very informative.

The best 2 experiences I've had at an auto shop, probably... ever? Aaron, Brian and Chelle are so friendly and personable, and the mechanics are incredibly efficient. Although I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon😅, when there is an issue I'll def be coming here again. Thank you

I would like to say thank you so much to Budd and Company on Rainer avenue!! I took my truck in because it was time for an oil change!! Well there were other things that need attention so they took care of that!! Now my truck feels and run like brand new!! With all the fixings that was done I don’t have to go back… Read full review

Had an amazing experience here. Friendly peoples The service was detailed. Even followed up post service. Completely satisfied with the experience.

Budd and company were really helpful in getting an issue fixed with my car that was cutting my mpg in half. Turns out the transmission fluid needed to be replaced. Their prices were quite fair and they were really transparent about the costs at each point

I’m very satisfied and impressed with the service done with my car. The staff esp Alejandro was very helpful honest and very knowledgeable. Thank you !

I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 1997. Always friendly and fast service and at a reasonable price! I have never felt "taken" by them... always felt cared for by Budd and Company. They ROCK!!

Easy to make an appt. Car returned quickly. Keeps my 2013 Scion xD running very well. Knowledgeable and friendly. Won't go anywhere else. Been going there for over 20 years- 5 cars in!

I brought my car in for a quick oil change and inspection. The whole appointment only took an hour and the staff was super friendly. The biggest call out is this shops transparency on required and suggested services. They provide pictures of test results ran on your vehicle to validate the need for the service. Went in with my Tacoma for a 100,000 miles check up, and I am so glad I did. They started with an oil change to also assess the state of the vehicle. Within a couple of hours, I had a full inspection and recommendation report with pictures, explanations, and coded urgency for each repair. Very clear and easy to… Read full review

These guys are ROCKSTARS!!! Showed up late on a Friday for an oil change and Brian and Alejandro fit me in before close!! Super reasonable price for full synthetic oil change (beat the name brand chains pricing in the area by a sizable margin) and super quick! Highly recommend taking your car here, I’ll be coming back :)

The guys there are super awesome

Came in for an oil change. Scheduled it day of. Easily got an appointment. The garage team and office guys were all very welcoming. Most reasonable price Ive paid for oil change in Seattle. As a young lady i usually feel targeted for naiveness in auto shops, but I did not feel that here at all and they didn’t try to… Read full review

Great place. Staff is very friendly and very good at doing exactly what you need them to do.

Oil change- they were very prompt and the price was right! Excellent job!

I have taken my Subaru forester here several time and the crew here is really friendly and they get things done quickly!!

I was referred to this location, reasonable prices. The staff was professional and efficient, and everything was handled smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car maintenance.

Honest and reliable.

Professional, courteous and quick service with fair prices!

I called earlier last week to make an appt for a Friday oil change for my 2014 Honda accord. Super easy, but ended up having to call morning of to reschedule due to a work meeting. Greg assured me that was no issue & let me know he could take me around 2:30p that afternoon. (I got the sense that he did that out of… Read full review

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at an auto shop. I made an appointment for the morning for an oil change and inspection. I dropped off my car on time and they said they would get to it later (even though I had an appointment). I asked what time I should get my car, emphasizing I needed it back later… Read full review

Absolutely the best service! I'll never go anywhere else.

Great work and distinguished customer service! I've driven my car in on an emergency basis and work was done that day. I've referred my employer fleet repairs to them.

Honestly the best repair service in Seattle. They've been caring for my old 98 Cherokee for ages and through 3 owners, the service has been stellar. Ten stars!

Budd & Co have done repair and maintenance on several of my families vehicles in the past few years. Most recently they did a brake service on my car as well as tracked down a rain leak that was soaking my carpets. And when my daughter's car was stolen recently they did the repairs to get her back on the road. All… Read full review

Best service ever! Great deal on getting your oil changed. Thanks Budd & Co.

Very customer service oriented. Seem to be reasonably priced. An issue was found with my car and they lent me a vehicle at no charge so I wouldn’t have to sit in the shop all morning

Excellent customer service! Greg was FANTASTIC to deal with. Quality service all around at Budd’s. I can’t recommend them enough!

Super friendly staff, accommodated me despite the fact that I wasn’t on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed a kind of obscure problem, ended up charging me less than their original estimate, and left a cute little treat for me when I got my car back. I feel very lucky to discover that I live so close to this place and… Read full review

This place is GREAT! They are professional, timely & thorough in their service and have excellent personal communication- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Budds does great work and the owner and employees are very friendly! My parents bring their car here so I felt confident bringing mine too.

Budd & Co. are thorough when they do mechanical work. Each time I’ve had a concern, they find the underlying issue and the car drives better than before. Friendly team and great service!

great service and very communication forward.

i’ve had my car seen here a couple times and the service is always fast and reliable. everyone i interact with is really friendly and professional. glad to be calling this my new auto shop!

Very quick, & transparent l walked in, & got service at a decent time

My go to spot for my car maintenance. The guys at Budd & Co are always so thorough and helpful. Moved to Seattle last December and started going there with my old car. Recent got a new car and immediately took it in for some minor maintenance. Always great prices and very accommodating people.

I've been to Budd & Co. twice. This week was not their best performance. As part of a $2900 in services including oil change, timing belt, spark plug change, and control arm replacement I had them do "battery service" since I was due for a new one. They left the cable and new battery covered in corrosion dust. And… Read full review

Great repair shop! Knowledgeable, fast, reliable and fair pricing. Repair shop for life.

Quick oil change and they even sent me pictures of the inspection so I could decide about additional things that might need attention. Competitive pricing (cheaper than the dealership).

I had a great experience at Budd & Company Automotive Service Center. Big thanks to Anthony and Peter for their excellent support, and their staff workers are very helpful. My car was serviced well and fully cleaned, and they quickly fixed a brake issue. I would like to give them a full star for being professional, reliable, and highly recommended!

Great service: all the service reps were very thorough, helpful and great communicators, especially Anthony

Seriously, may be the best experience I’ve ever had with the auto service industry. A pleasure to work with! Honest, straightforward, no BS or pressure- they completed the work & let me know what to keep an eye on moving forward.

The staff were so courteous and knowledgeable. They spoke to me with respect and didn't try to sell me anything more than the oil change I came in for. They found a problem that needs repairing and told me how long it can wait before it becomes a problem, no pressure at any time to do any additional work. Even left… Read full review

These guys are the only place I trust with my older car. If they can’t find the part they can install it when I find it. Great guys!

Had both of our vehicles hit by catalytic converter low life thieves. One was taken the other had saw marks but wasn't able align them up and left before giving up. Budd and Co did a great job repairing both exhaust systems and added a welded on section of hardened steel chain for both that spanned beyond the front… Read full review

I had a tire blowout and brought my car in for new tires and to check for damage. Anthony was very helpful explaining things since I'm not a car person at all. I never felt pressured or up-sold. They are super honest about needed versus recommended repairs. They even gave it a quick wash and got rid of some bird poop on the hood! I'm definitely going back!

My experience with the mechanics at Bud’s Auto Shop was, as usual, 100%!! They are the best!!

We’ve been consistent customers of Budd & Co over the last 20 years! Brian helped us this time and he was a life saver. Thanks Brian.

I have owned my 72 cheverolet Truck for 12 years. During that time, I have always have had issues with my front end steering. I have taken it in for alignment 4 times to different shops and been given clean bills of health. And after paying for new sterring box, new shocks and a multitude of other assorted parts… Read full review

New Review guys. Brought my 2018 Ford Escape in for SPA day. You know…pampering of the vehicle. You know a little lube job, new break pads, check fluids and oil change. My car loved the tire rotation. Budd and company are the “hawks” in Seahawk of professionals. Trust all my work with em.

Awesome ! Always happy with the work performed & your customer service! Budd & Co have serviced 5 of our cars & we would never think of going anywhere else! Caring, courteous, and quality work. I recommend Budd & Co to all my friends & co-workers.

I have been going to Budd for my car needs since about 1988. So friendly, trustworthy, skilled, & reliable!!!

Everyone was great 👍

Highly recommend! Happy friend encouraged me to go year ago. Honest, great prices and guarantee work.

I trust them completely for all my car maintenance. I cheated on them once with Jiffy Lube in ‘19 and still regret it. Thankfully Budd & Co took me back.

As always, the service was wonderful, and the price reasonable. And I so appreciate the friendliness of everyone who works there.

Budd & Company Automotive went above and beyond in its service to my vehicle. In fact, they didn't go an extra mile in their service of my vehicle, but 1,000 miles! The people at Budd & Company Automotive are HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE, REASONABLE, and AFFORDABLE in the service they provide their customers.… Read full review

Quite simply: Exemplary customer service, quality work, and a fair price.

Great service, I feel I can trust their work and their pricing. They have done various different work on my Chevy truck over many years. I can recommend these guys

Honest guys, great shop.

Mike and his crew are awesome. Their customer service was what sold me first. They are now the only place I take my vehicle. I had an issue a few weeks ago which required them to have to have my car longer than I preferred. I could have chosen to find another place that could have completed the work faster but I… Read full review

Easy scheduling and good customer service.

This place is great! I trust them and they have done right for me for over 10 years

I trust this shop. Been using it for a while. Took my very old car here to be evaluated before a long trip. Instead of doing lots of costly repairs on a worn out car they advised me not to put more money into it. That is an honest and trustworthy shop!

Absolutely my favorite auto shop in Seattle. Quick, professional, honest, and fair priced. Look no further.

Fantastic. Great work and staff. So friendly, honest, reasonable. Definitely 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟

After having another local shop tell me I needed to spend over $3700 on preventive maintenance on my 2016 Subaru Outback, Budd's mechanic explained to me why what they were suggesting wasn't necessary. They charged me $138 for the maintenance I actually needed, let me know I will need new brakes within the next… Read full review

We use Budd & Co. to care for our 1999 Suburban. They are our Go-To mechanics. They do what they say. All work is impeccable. I strongly recommend them for any auto service and repair.

I keep using Budd & Co because they are a no nonsense shop. Mike is friendly and courteous and gives you the facts.

Very quick and reliable, great communication.

Great guys. Good service. Overall very satisfied. They fixed up my old Blazer and have it running great!

They were friendly, helpful, and timely. They did a great job. I had a flat spare that they patched at the same time I got my oil changed. I had a few questions about a possible oil leak that I’ve been trying to fix and they were great on that front as well.

Mike and Josh were extremely kind and helpful with getting my car in and out of the shop as efficiently as possible! They were very responsive as well when I had followup questions/concerns.

I called for an appointment, and they had time available before I was ready! I had a couple of mystery idiot lights on that they quickly diagnosed as procrastination (on my part) and took care of it all within a couple of hours.

Budd and Co. is 5 stars******+++ plus. They are reliable, fair and trustworthy. Not to mention swift. A true asset to Seattle. Do yourself a favor and take your car to them. Thank you very much Budd and Co.

I have been going to Budd’s for many years and never had a bad experience.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and can attest to the honesty and integrity of Mike and the rest of the team. They have had several chances over the years to upsell us or say something is wrong that isn’t and they never have. They also do a full check up every time we take the cars in which is very nice.

Always straightforward and reasonable! My go to for general maintenance

I've been a customer at Budd and Co., because they are: Honest, Fast, Friendly, Reliable, Great Prices and they are knowledgeable about all aspect of my care needs. They take great care of my Honda CRV Thank you

Mike is always nice and knowledgable of the issues regarding my vehicle. Always willing to help and provides great customer service.

Mike is great to work with! If anything goes wrong with our vehicles you get a straight answer with what's wrong and never have felt like I was getting the run around. I would recommend Budd & Company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic.
