The service was fast, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they had me back out on the road the next day. 10/10, no notes.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent work and reasonable prices. They frequently replace key batteries and check and repair tires at no cost. I highly recommend them for car service and repairs.

People there are extremely helpful and nice, I got the complimentary rides to work and back, replaced my tire the same day, and they are extremely nice and patient to explain what happened with the tire. I even noticed my interior screens were cleaned too.

Awesome service! They went to the trouble of going to the Volvo dealership (twice!) to get new tire locks for our car at no additional charge. Super friendly! Shout out to Alejandro, Aaron and the whole crew!

While getting an oil change Jimmy noticed a problem with the radiator. After explaining it to me we decided the radio needed to be replaced. They were patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to work within my budget. They were communicative throughout the entire process and sufficiently answered any questions I had. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I felt I was valued as a customer. Would definitely go to them again in the future and recommend their services.

I had a flat tire and i got towed into the shop. I was out 10 or 15 minutes later and wasn’t charged for the patch. Everyone there was super nice too!!

Fit me in last minute on a Friday evening for a tire repair. Anthony took my call, encouraged me to come in even though it was closing time, and he and the crew got my tire plugged in no time. Very appreciative of them!

I had a tire blowout and brought my car in for new tires and to check for damage. Anthony was very helpful explaining things since I'm not a car person at all. I never felt pressured or up-sold. They are super honest about needed versus recommended repairs. They even gave it a quick wash and got rid of some bird poop on the hood! I'm definitely going back!

I have been going to Budd for my car needs since about 1988. So friendly, trustworthy, skilled, & reliable!!!

I trust them completely for all my car maintenance. I cheated on them once with Jiffy Lube in ‘19 and still regret it. Thankfully Budd & Co took me back.

Excellent staff and great care and service of our cars

They were friendly, helpful, and timely. They did a great job. I had a flat spare that they patched at the same time I got my oil changed. I had a few questions about a possible oil leak that I’ve been trying to fix and they were great on that front as well.

Been bringing my cars here ever since moving to Seattle. Great communication, clear outline of work being done and scheduling, and fair pricing that I’ve never had to question!
