Have been coming here for a few years now and I always direct folks in need of a good auto shop to Budd & Company, even those on the east side of the lake. Tara was incredibly kind and I'm always appreciative of the transparency the shop offers through their service and the Lyft back to the shop once service was done!

VERY fast and friendly service! free coffee and treats! lots of parking space. very informative as well and they're great with prioritizing auto needs and assisting with payment. i didnt need to worry about a thing. i will definitely be going back😎

Budd's is my local, really effective, auto repair shop. I feel confident about the diagnostics, quality and pricing.

Good price for oil change, very helpful inspection included. Sends written up findings with photos as needed. Gives clear options to approve or decline additional work without pressuring you. I will return for future car maintenance.

Excellent service after accepting my truck without an appointment because of braking concerns, like the rear brakes weren’t working! Very happy with the repair and cost, especially compared to dealer maintenance. They are now my go to shop for the 2 vehicles in the family.

There really is no such thing as "inexpensive" quality automobile repair in Seattle in the post-COVID era, but that said, the team at Budd & Company is unmatched in terms of knowledge/expertise *and* friendliness. (And hey, I first moved here in 1980!!)

I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 1997. Always friendly and fast service and at a reasonable price! I have never felt "taken" by them... always felt cared for by Budd and Company. They ROCK!!

They were patient with my lack of knowledge and were willing to work within my budget. They were communicative throughout the entire process and sufficiently answered any questions I had. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I felt I was valued as a customer. Would definitely go to them again in the future and recommend their services.

Honest and reliable.

Stopped in to the new location on mlk today. Front desk man was polite and knowledgeable. The mechanic looked my car over and gave me a 👍🏿for some winter travel. Also, installed my new wiper blades. I’ll be back when needed.

I had a tire blowout and brought my car in for new tires and to check for damage. Anthony was very helpful explaining things since I'm not a car person at all. I never felt pressured or up-sold. They are super honest about needed versus recommended repairs. They even gave it a quick wash and got rid of some bird poop on the hood! I'm definitely going back!

I have owned my 72 cheverolet Truck for 12 years. During that time, I have always have had issues with my front end steering. I have taken it in for alignment 4 times to different shops and been given clean bills of health. Budd’s has been my shop for years. Reliable pros, fair and honest. Easy to work with, great communication. They do a huge volume of business, but it’s always easy to schedule because they’re really efficient.
