The quality of the blinds was truly outstanding! We especially loved the light filtering blinds, which when closed gave off a glow that was unearthly and had a physically calming effect.

We were looking for a blackout solution for my baby's room for nap time, and I'm so happy we found Gabriella! We had previously worked with someone else who always overquoted us, and required negotiation to get to the fair pricing, so I was looking for a new vendor for this job.
I took a chance trying Budget Blinds from finding them on Yelp, and I'm so thankful! It took a while to get the appointment because Gabriella told me they were "single-handedly rebuilding Altadena after the fires" and I can see why.
She is the owner, and she personally came to our house for the initial consultation. From the moment she started, she put me at ease. She is professional, detailed, and wants to provide the best recommendation. I didn't know anything about blinds/curtains, but she took her time to explain everything to me.
I went into the appointment thinking I needed to swap our existing curtains for blackout curtains, but she told me blackout shades would work since we already had curtains. This indicated to me that she was honest rather than trying to upsell the more expensive product. She also provided helpful recommendations on the color and type of shade that matched the existing shades in the room. In another room we had, we weren't sure if the shades would work, but she provided an excellent solution for the placement that turned out perfectly!
Her pricing was great, and the blinds came in earlier than expected. The installation was quick and easy. Her installers Enrique and Juan were quick to respond to scheduling an appointment and finished the job in only 20 minutes after arriving.
I will definitely be coming back if we need this service again!
