Quick response to service request! Spiders, ants, ground bees are GONE!
Takes time to understand the problem and explains the solution very clearly. Excellent service, great value. Have seen positive results in taking care of ant problems. I expect to be using Bug Masters in the years ahead.
Did a great job getting rid of German roaches and ants. He also got rid of mice a few years back. A++
We called Bug Masters on a Sunday afternoon, after discovering ants coming in through a second floor window. Really wasn't expecting a call back until Monday morning. He was awesome, super nice and really helpful. He took care of the ant problem and really looked into it for us!
Zoran was great to work with - professional, responsive, efficient, and gave the best price I’ve seen for treatment of a carpenter ant problem.
The owner of Bug Master is amazing, kind & filled with knowledge. Always doing more then you asked for. Great pricing, shows up timely for appointments. We use Bug Master yearly. Never disappointed. Definitely does a great job.
We saw some ants in the middle of winter. I called and Zoran came out as soon as he could. He sprayed the affected area and educated us on how the product works and how to plan for the future. I am very impressed with his promptness and the service he provided. We will definitely use him in the future!
Messaged Zoran on a urgent carpenter ant problem on a Sunday and he returned my message quickly and was at my house 1 hour later. Sprayed the complete house for carpenter ants (and even a few wasps) and was very friendly and professional. 2 weeks later and all the ants are gone and I couldn't be happier. Will go back to Zoran for all my insect issues!

Bug Masters pest control did just that with a one year guarantee that the ants would not return. We saw a few ants after he sprayed because we had to…
