From attending our midway meeting with my husband to serving as our proxy at our final walkthrough that we couldn’t attend in person, Shannon was always there, asking questions and being our biggest advocate. Lisa Cleveland is the best realtor out there, period! As first home buyers we were very nervous and naive in the whole process. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon Campbell on a recent transaction where I represented the sellers and she represented the buyers. To say it was a challenging deal would be an understatement. Throughout the process, my sellers had to address a deteriorating foundation, replace an aging septic system, and complete significant electrical updates.
Despite the hurdles, Shannon was outstanding to work with. Her communication was prompt, clear, and professional from start to finish. Where do I start?? Shannon is the absolute best. My wife and I were looking for our first home, ever, and Shannon swooped in and saved the day! She spelled out the entire process from start to finish. Lined out all options, plans and possibilities that were available for us. She showed us a home and we fell in love! Held our hands through the entire process, loghtning pace, and we were done and moved in in just a few weeks!
