The young man was very professional, pleasant and very thorough. I was very pleased.

Dikembe T. did a fantastic job covering all the nooks and crannies to get rid of the ants in our house, and in the areas where they were entering. He also cleared all the webs and spiders from the eaves, which the last guy didn't touch, even though he came out several times. I appreciate Dikembe's thoroughness and professionalism.

Mr. Stephen Shipman, was punctual, friendly, and polite. He did an excellent job and was very detailed oriented.

Elizabeth Golder is a wonderful pest control technician. She always takes time to listen to any concerns I may have and does a very thorough job.

As usual, Antoine did an excellent job of exterminating our home. He changed the rodent traps, removed snakes and bugs from the sticky pads, and removed all spiderwebs around the house.

In addition, she discovered termites in one of my flower beds and provided a mitigation plan for my review. She always ensures that my home is covered to reduce pest issues. She’s the best!

I have had Bulwark for a number of years. I have meet a few technicians over the years and they have been very responsive, helpful and professional. We have had Ryan Schofield out on our site for our standard treatment and taken care a number of issues we ran into the past few months. We found snake skin in the crawl and put in a service request. The crawl is low with low visibility and would have to crawl to get to the problem area. Orlando at Bulwark Exterminating always does a wonderful job at our facility. He's been accommodating and flexible with service times and is always incredibly friendly. We usually have a lot of bees and other insects flying around, but when Bulwark stops by, we don't have to worry about anything bug-ging our customers!
