We’ve had Bulwark since we moved into our home in 2019. The techs are great, and the best thing is, it’s the same tech that comes to your house for every service. They do not send a different tech every time, so you get to know your tech and they really take care of you. Very happy with Bulwark and I would…

Technician Marcus Ripley came out today. First time visit for us with him, he did an amazing job. He listened well and interacted with our pup which is always a plus. He went above and beyond to explain many different ways to improve our bug protection barrier. Registered him as our permanent tech.
Matt came out to service our home today. He was very quick and professional. Matt also was able to answer questions I had about different bugs I had recently seen and provided a plan for addressing them. We have been with Bulwarks for only a few months now but are very pleased so far!

I was impressed with my first service appointment with this company. The tech, Terrel Brown arrived early within the service window time frame. He was courteous and patiently answered all my questions, and the proceeded to thoroughly explain access point, where he was spraying and placing repellent and bait placement and explaining the purpose of each. He made sure to have me let you guys know if I see any bugs, and you will promptly come back.
*Update - Continue to be pleasantly surprised by the level of service of this company. Technician Antoine G just completed a service. Showed a lot of care and respect for my property, and was courteous and fully explained services. Good to see them maintain the same level of service.
