The technician placed granules around the outside of the ant 🐜 hills. He did come out during the range of time that was offered. 9am - 12pm, 12pm - 3pm. I was grateful! The technician also, explained how the ants may or may not forge as agreesively due to the recent rains that morning, which is how the granules get into the ant mound/ nest / hive.

We have been using Bulwark since moving to the Raleigh area in 2019. They always do a great job. Very thorough, kind, professional and knowledgeable. They never try to upsell you but will always make sure you are aware of what services they offer when you ask. Today Mark treated our exterior and did a great job!

They are always prompt to address pest problems that arise between treatments and always show up on time for routine recurring calls. While all technicians are good, Orlando is particularly great - always friendly and very knowledgeable and professional.

Bulwark has done a great job managing pests around my home for the past 2 years. They are always professional and responsive when we have any issues. We recently had a problem with yellowjackets, and Erik from Bulwark came right out and took care of the problem. Thanks Bulwark!

Michael Fisher is the best and he does an excellent job. He is always prompt, courteous, and pays attention to detail. Michael genuinely cares about my concerns and I really appreciate that. Bulwark is very responsive and I am able to get an appointment ASAP when I need them.

Erik M was fabulous! He arrived on time, noted the areas of treatment before beginning, and applied product in a good time. He also swept away spider webs - this has not been done with every treatment. I hope he will be assigned to my address in the future.
