We had great service from Ricardo today for pest treatment and from Robert for our initial termite prevention set-up. Both techs clearly explained what they were doing and made sure we understood everything. As a new customer we are very pleased so far!

Elizabeth Golder is a wonderful pest control technician. She always takes time to listen to any concerns I may have and does a very thorough job.

Eric is always transparent, efficient and proactive in identifying and managing seasonal expectations.

They are always helpful and the service people are very kind, including Isaiah who just moved here from Missouri. They have a service available for any problem we are having adn they are quick to respond with unscheduled requests.

My technician, Mike White, was professional, punctual, and communicative. He took extra care while working around my three-season sunroom and front gardens. I especially appreciated that he adjusted his choice of chemicals since rain was in the forecast. This was his first visit to my home, and I am very satisfied with his work.

The technician that came out was Tim M. and he was very pleasant, professional and took great care to explain each step that he was performing and listened to our concerns and needs. He did a great job and was wonderful to work with. We are looking forward to seeing him on his next visit.
