James A., arrived and did an excellent job. I appreciate his dedication to his profession and his professionalism. I give James a 5 star rating but I put my rating as 4 stars because of the customer service department. I requested a morning appointment when I scheduled my appointment and they somehow put me as 8am…
I had just moved in to a new place and yesterday got surprised by the extent of an ant problem. They were able to get me started today, the very next day, with the nicest staff on the phone. Jimmy and Tray were the two nicest guys ever, and they did such a thorough and amazing job. What seemed really scary and…
Andrew did an amazing job. He went over everything with us and told me exactly how he was going to spray and that we should be pest free. Thank you
Andy is a great tech! Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Update: also had a great experience with Traj and his colleague today!
Our technician was Trajan Pruitt. He was very pleasant and polite. He notified us before his arrival. He asked when he arrived if we had any special requests, issues, or questions. Afterwards he asked if there was anything else we needed or had any questions. He.explained exactly what he had done and provided us…
Trajan and Jimmy did a great job today. Second treatment for carpenter ants and it’s made a big difference.
James did a great job and helped to explain my service and what bugs were being targeted.
We noticed some sawdust piles around our recently built 3-season porch and called Bulwark. Andy was excellent, explained everything. There was no odor when he finished. It’s been a couple of weeks and no sawdust in sight.
James A applied 2 types of ant killer, one inside the and one outside the home. James explained his work completely and would like to have him visit again in the future.
We are really happy with the service we received. James A, the technician, was super knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to hear our concerns and walked us through how the treatment would address each issue.
James Anderson was the technician on June 19th. He is very professional and did a great job. Ants have been a problem all spring but Bulwark is getting them under control. Very friendly & a good representative for the company.
Bulwark Exterminating made a potential problem easy to solve. The office was easy to work with and Andy came out as promised and got started after we discussed our ant problem. We will be using them exclusively for a service contract and future issues if need be. Andy was great! He was attentive, thorough and made…
Andy from Bulwark Exterminating did an excellent job. He was on time, took the time to understand the problem and addressed it. Highly recommend Andy for pest control services.
I recently started working with Bulwark, and I could not be happier. The first visit, the pro discovered a water heater was leaking and saved me a ton of money in damages and water loss. And after the first visit, we never saw mouse droppings in our home again. They completely changed our pest control and improved…
James Burke and Juanyei Turner did such a thorough and great job at my home. They were friendly, communicative and definitely knowledgeable on the subject. Would definitely hire again if needed!!
We started our service with Bulwark last year and since we have started the service we noticeably see less and less bugs, spiders, ants, fleas and wasps in our home, with in a year looks like it is free of all those insects. Our service guy goes above the services in our contract and also service in the barns, under…
Seamless scheduling on Monday 4/6, received quote over phone, scheduled 4/9. Juanyei was rep and he was great.
My neighbor had Bulwark at her house doing her extermination and I went out and talked to the guys doing her work. Andy and Jimmy were amazing. Both very nice and knowledgeable as well as professional. They explained everything that they were doing/going to do. I asked when could they start and to my surprise, they…
The tech did a good job
These guys are awesome! Especially the tech that serviced my house today, Andrew I. He was so respectful in and around my home and wore shoe protectors before coming in. He listened to all of my ramblings about everything and thoroughly addressed all my concern areas plus more. It feels so good to have my ant…
