Andy is a great tech! Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Update: also had a great experience with Traj and his colleague today!

Our technician was Trajan Pruitt. He was very pleasant and polite. He notified us before his arrival. He asked when he arrived if we had any special requests, issues, or questions. Trajan and Jimmy did a great job today. Second treatment for carpenter ants and it’s made a big difference.

James did a great job and helped to explain my service and what bugs were being targeted.

We noticed some sawdust piles around our recently built 3-season porch and called Bulwark. Andy was excellent, explained everything. There was no odor when he finished. It’s been a couple of weeks and no sawdust in sight.

James A applied 2 types of ant killer, one inside the and one outside the home. James explained his work completely and would like to have him visit again in the future.

We are really happy with the service we received. James A, the technician, was super knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to hear our concerns and walked us through how the treatment would address each issue.
