James A. Louis was the technician who treated my home. He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional, explaining the treatment and which pests he would be treating my home for.
3rd Review 5 ⭐️ James (Jimmy) did a wonderful job explaining and taking care of our families needs. I would definitely recommend this company. Also Maurice the customer service representative took care of a scheduling issue. These people really care about their customers. Thank you all! The free re-treatments are a…
Juanyei came out in 90 degree weather, took his time and explained everything to me. He educated me on why I was having spiders. The care that he put into my home made me proud to be a bulwark customer. He assured me of what he could do and he just went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days. When I get it I’m extremely grateful.
Our technician was Louis Anderson (James A), and he was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. We were weary about the process but he went above and beyond. Not only was he extremely detailed, he was so understanding and friendly. Easy to talk to and made us feel so comfortable. He took his time and didn’t rush even a little. He…
Trajan is a great tech, always takes amazing care of our home.
Tray with Bulwark Exterminating was excellent! Great communication Kind and respectful. Excellent job!
Update for today’s visit by Tray who was so thorough and even knocked a wasp nest out of my grill cabinet for me. Three years in and these guys are still amazing me. Thanks, Tray! I looked at my eaves and thought I need to get those cobwebs down, but low and behold Matthew knocked everything down while he was doing…
Andrew was super friendly and did a great job treating the indoors and outdoors of our house! I would highly recommend them for any pest problems you have!
Andy was out to take care of the spiders issues today. He also reapplied the barrier around the house. Thanks to Andy for coming out on a holiday to get us taken care of. Jimmy was great! The happiest bug guy on the planet and it's infectious. Took his time, even in the rain and did a thorough job! Couldn't ask for a better job! Thanks Jimmy!
Trajan showed on-time within his 30 minute window. He took care of the outer parameter for spiders and crickets along with our local hornets nest. If you're looking for a company with excellent service then I recommend Bulwark Exterminating.
Very impressed with technician Juanyei. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. Already recommended him to others! James Anderson is also very kind and professional. Love working with this group
Tray at Bulwark Exterminating is kind, thorough, and professional. He listens to my concerns and makes sure to avoid spraying the areas I specifically ask him not to. We’ve been using Bulwark every other month, and I haven’t seen any insects in our home since they started coming. Highly recommend Tray and Bulwark Exterminating!
They care for thir work and for their customers
Tray did an exceptional job of addressing all my needs for pest control and took his time and made sure that all the treatments in the areas that I wanted were done. He has a great personality and he is very professional. I’m very pleased.
I had just moved in to a new place and yesterday got surprised by the extent of an ant problem. They were able to get me started today, the very next day, with the nicest staff on the phone. Jimmy and Tray were the two nicest guys ever, and they did such a thorough and amazing job. What seemed really scary and…
Andy is a great tech! Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Update: also had a great experience with Traj and his colleague today!
Trajan Pruitt was your rep. today. He did an exceptional job. He takes his time to make sure he covers everything needed. He even moved our bed out to spray behind it. He asked if there were any concerns we might have. Did a great job outside. Very friendly and has a great smile and personality. I do recommend him and Juanyia. Excellent young men.
Trajan provided service today to our house and did an outstanding job and very nice young man and a pleasure to talk to
We are really happy with the service we received. James A, the technician, was super knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to hear our concerns and walked us through how the treatment would address each issue.
James Anderson has always been delightful to work with - and very responsive. He deals with everything that needs doing - even when that may not be the focus of the extra visit. He has been our primary Tech since we started with Bulwark in Nov 2025. Our dog, Maggie, who has trouble warming up to men, Loves…
