Juanyei came out in 90 degree weather, took his time and explained everything to me. He educated me on why I was having spiders. The care that he put into my home made me proud to be a bulwark customer. He assured me of what he could do and he just went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days. Trajan showed on-time within his 30 minute window. He took care of the outer parameter for spiders and crickets along with our local hornets nest. If you're looking for a company with excellent service then I recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Tray at Bulwark Exterminating is kind, thorough, and professional. He listens to my concerns and makes sure to avoid spraying the areas I specifically ask him not to. Trajan Pruitt was your rep. today. He did an exceptional job. He takes his time to make sure he covers everything needed. He even moved our bed out to spray behind it. He asked if there were any concerns we might have. Did a great job outside. Very friendly and has a great smile and personality. I do recommend him and Juanyia. Excellent young men.

James Anderson was the technician on June 19th. He is very professional and did a great job. Ants have been a problem all spring but Bulwark is getting them under control. Very friendly & a good representative for the company.

I have been a happy customer since 2022. James Anderson was excellent today. While I only had to use it once right after my house was built, I loved the fact they will come back out at no charge.

Andrew was wonderful. He answered all the questions and concerns that I had over the phone before he was even at the house. Once there, he was very patient with my 4 year old, who peppered him with questions and statements about the current bug (tarantulas) "infestation" that we have. I would recommend him.

Andy came out to address an ant issue and overall maintenance. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Andrew was prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. He inspected for pest activity and swept down any cobwebs and nests. We have had zero bug activity since using Bulwark.
