The care that he put into my home made me proud to be a bulwark customer. He assured me of what he could do and he just went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days. When I get it I’m extremely grateful.

Our technician was Louis Anderson (James A), and he was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. We were weary about the process but he went above and beyond. James Anderson was the technician on June 19th. He is very professional and did a great job. Ants have been a problem all spring but Bulwark is getting them under control. Very friendly & a good representative for the company.

I have been a happy customer since 2022. James Anderson was excellent today. While I only had to use it once right after my house was built, I loved the fact they will come back out at no charge.

Andrew was wonderful. He answered all the questions and concerns that I had over the phone before he was even at the house. Once there, he was very patient with my 4 year old, who peppered him with questions and statements about the current bug (tarantulas) "infestation" that we have. I would recommend him.

Bulwark Exterminating made a potential problem easy to solve. The office was easy to work with and Andy came out as promised and got started after we discussed our ant problem.
