He did a great job. Explained everything he did.
Tray did a great, professional and timely job of securing my property from unwanted spiders, wasps and mice.
Tray did an excellent job for us today. Very thorough, explained everything well, and was very polite.
We've been using Bulwark since moving here in 2022, and have had no issues with a variety of techs. Trajan did a great job today, very friendly and thorough!
Trajan Pruitt was amazing setting traps and treating for bugs. He explained how the traps worked and cleaned out the ones with dead mice in the backyard. He was efficient and professional.
Trey came out to service my property and made some suggestions on how to keep the rodents out and also was great at explaining what was going on. He eased my mind and offered to come back out when I needed it.
I would like to leave my comments for the services Trajan Pruitt just gave us this morning. He went very sufficiently around the house and then came in and sprayed in the kitchen and bathroom, especially in cracks that I showed him. He was very co-operative in listening to my information and will schedule a return…
Tray with Bulwark came to check our traps. He was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Tray and Bulwark.
Very knowledgeable and was absolutely amazing. Kind and so helpful. I appreciate the interaction more than a quick shout out can explain.
I previously used Bulwark on another issue and they did fine. I tried to add a new service at a different address and my service was bad. Each time I called I talked to a different person who had no record of the information I had given previously. I kept getting transferred around. I ended up just cancelling all my…
James Anderson has always been delightful to work with - and very responsive. He deals with everything that needs doing - even when that may not be the focus of the extra visit. He has been our primary Tech since we started with Bulwark in Nov 2025. Our dog, Maggie, who has trouble warming up to men, Loves…
James Anderson was the technician on June 19th. He is very professional and did a great job. Ants have been a problem all spring but Bulwark is getting them under control. Very friendly & a good representative for the company.
I recently started working with Bulwark, and I could not be happier. The first visit, the pro discovered a water heater was leaking and saved me a ton of money in damages and water loss. And after the first visit, we never saw mouse droppings in our home again. They completely changed our pest control and improved…
James Burke and Juanyei Turner did such a thorough and great job at my home. They were friendly, communicative and definitely knowledgeable on the subject. Would definitely hire again if needed!!
Juanyei T, was very professional, through, and efficient while providing service to the house. He informative and knowledgeable about the services he provided. He answered any additional questions with confidence on a mastery/expertise level. Hopefully, we will get him again.
Andrew did an amazing job treating our home for wasps and carpenter bees. There is a night and day difference since he came and now we can enjoy our backyard! I originally signed up for the service this past fall because of giant spiders in our home- he handled that! Then in the winter mice were coming in - he…
Jimmy and Juanyei were very attentive, professional and through! They connected with my dad & senior dog immediately and serviced our house with no issues! I’m very confident our pest issues are going to be gone soon due to how they paid attention to the most active spots and put their products where they felt it…
