Bulwark Exterminating

James A. Louis was the technician who treated my home. He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional, explaining the treatment and which pests he would be treating my home for.

Juanyei came out in 90 degree weather, took his time and explained everything to me. He educated me on why I was having spiders. The care that he put into my home made me proud to be a bulwark customer. He assured me of what he could do and he just went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days. When I get it I’m extremely grateful.

Trajan showed on-time within his 30 minute window. He took care of the outer parameter for spiders and crickets along with our local hornets nest. If you're looking for a company with excellent service then I recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Trajan Pruitt was your rep. today. He did an exceptional job. He takes his time to make sure he covers everything needed. He even moved our bed out to spray behind it. I have been a happy customer since 2022. James Anderson was excellent today. While I only had to use it once right after my house was built, I loved the fact they will come back out at no charge.

The tech did a good job

We just started our service w/ Bulwark today. Our neighbors highly recommended them to us. Juanyei was amazing. His communication was the best prior to, during, and after our appointment. He was friendly and very professional. I will recommend Bulwark to others also.

Andy did a great job at my house in Whitestown I appreciate his flexibility and availability.

Extremely dissatisfied. The 'free retreatments' did not happen at all. Customer service was virtually worthless. Multiple phone calls to try and get service cancelled.
