Bulwark Exterminating

James A. Louis was the technician who treated my home. He arrived on time and was very thorough and professional, explaining the treatment and which pests he would be treating my home for.

Juanyei came out in 90 degree weather, took his time and explained everything to me. He educated me on why I was having spiders. The care that he put into my home made me proud to be a bulwark customer. He assured me of what he could do and he just went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days. When I get it I’m extremely grateful.

Trajan is a great tech, always takes amazing care of our home.

James A., arrived and did an excellent job. I appreciate his dedication to his profession and his professionalism. I give James a 5 star rating but I put my rating as 4 stars because of the customer service department. I requested a morning appointment when I scheduled my appointment and they somehow put me as 8am… Read full review

Andrew was super friendly and did a great job treating the indoors and outdoors of our house! I would highly recommend them for any pest problems you have!

Andy was out to take care of the spiders issues today. He also reapplied the barrier around the house. Thanks to Andy for coming out on a holiday to get us taken care of. Jimmy was great! The happiest bug guy on the planet and it's infectious. Took his time, even in the rain and did a thorough job! Couldn't ask for a better job! Thanks Jimmy!

Trajan showed on-time within his 30 minute window. He took care of the outer parameter for spiders and crickets along with our local hornets nest. If you're looking for a company with excellent service then I recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Tray did a great, professional and timely job of securing my property from unwanted spiders, wasps and mice.

Tray did an exceptional job of addressing all my needs for pest control and took his time and made sure that all the treatments in the areas that I wanted were done. He has a great personality and he is very professional. I’m very pleased.

I had just moved in to a new place and yesterday got surprised by the extent of an ant problem. They were able to get me started today, the very next day, with the nicest staff on the phone. Jimmy and Tray were the two nicest guys ever, and they did such a thorough and amazing job. What seemed really scary and… Read full review

Trajan Pruitt was your rep. today. He did an exceptional job. He takes his time to make sure he covers everything needed. He even moved our bed out to spray behind it. He asked if there were any concerns we might have. Did a great job outside. Very friendly and has a great smile and personality. I do recommend him and Juanyia. Excellent young men.

Our technician was Trajan Pruitt. He was very pleasant and polite. He notified us before his arrival. He asked when he arrived if we had any special requests, issues, or questions. James did a great job and helped to explain my service and what bugs were being targeted.

James Anderson has always been delightful to work with - and very responsive. He deals with everything that needs doing - even when that may not be the focus of the extra visit. He has been our primary Tech since we started with Bulwark in Nov 2025. Our dog, Maggie, who has trouble warming up to men, Loves… Read full review

James Anderson was the technician on June 19th. He is very professional and did a great job. Ants have been a problem all spring but Bulwark is getting them under control. Very friendly & a good representative for the company.

Thank you to James A. He has taken the time to listen and comes up with solutions to help my home by free of any bugs or insects!

I have been a happy customer since 2022. James Anderson was excellent today. While I only had to use it once right after my house was built, I loved the fact they will come back out at no charge.

Juanyei was terrific. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of.

Bulwark Exterminating made a potential problem easy to solve. The office was easy to work with and Andy came out as promised and got started after we discussed our ant problem. We will be using them exclusively for a service contract and future issues if need be. Andy was great! He was attentive, thorough and made… Read full review

Andrew did an amazing job treating our home for wasps and carpenter bees. There is a night and day difference since he came and now we can enjoy our backyard! The tech did a good job

We just started our service w/ Bulwark today. Our neighbors highly recommended them to us. Juanyei was amazing. His communication was the best prior to, during, and after our appointment. He was friendly and very professional. I will recommend Bulwark to others also.

Andy did a great job at my house in Whitestown I appreciate his flexibility and availability.

We’ve used Bulwark for quite awhile now. Standard bi-monthly bye-bug and monthly mouse traps (we get a ton!) and only pay around $60/month. We’ve had several free visits when pests have picked up and we’ve needed extra support and they’ve come right away, no complaints! They’ll walk us through everything and we can… Read full review

Have been using Bulwark for half a year now and so far very pleased. We live right next to woods, so bugs and rodents are part of our everyday life, but luckily they stay out of our house (thanks to Bulwark). Have had lots of good experiences with the various techs, but Nick K. is hands down the greatest. Worked… Read full review

Adam was very friendly and I felt he did an excellent job treating the outside of our home. I appreciate him and Bulwark Exterminating for taking care of our pest issues.

Arsenio was really helpful. He came in and sprayed the inside of my house because I’ve seen a few spiders.

Arsenio Wiley sprayed everywhere that was needed & also knocked down all the cobwebs around the house.

Kyle Harvey did a good job today

Gentlemen was very knowledgeable, kind & respectful. Explain the complete process to me, that was in every day language :). I'm very satisfied with the decision I made in choosing Bulwark.

Justin Sanders was professional and knowledgeable about his work. It was pleasant experience and I hope he is the tech that services our home next time.

Justin Sanders did a great job today!

Very friendly and thorough

Extremely dissatisfied. The 'free retreatments' did not happen at all. Customer service was virtually worthless. Multiple phone calls to try and get service cancelled. We were issued credits that somehow never applied to our account, so we were still charged. They claimed not to know that we wanted treated… Read full review

Kyle Harvey did a great job today serving our house thanks for the great service

Kyle Harvey did a wonderful job at clearing the exterior of my house of spiders and any other bugs that might have been there. The barrier he set is working good so far!!

Kyle Harvey of Bulwark is so professional with his work. He goes above and beyond just exterminating the outside of your residence. He sweeps the eves, sprays heavy in areas that he knows is a spider haven, puts down glue boards around trash receptacles , knocks on door afterwards to let you not only know you are… Read full review
