Customers consistently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and communication of technicians who provide detailed reports and answer questions during perimeter treatments. Recurring themes highlight knowledgeable staff and reasonable pricing for active service agreements. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of aggressive retention tactics, including persistent calls and emails after cancellation, unexpected billing issues, and price increases for additional services like fence line treatments.
