Customers frequently praise the convenience of the 24/7 kiosk system, friendly staff, and fast turnaround times for standard dry cleaning and garment repairs. However, several low-star reviews criticize high prices for specific items like blankets, jeans, and minor repairs, noting that costs were not always clear before drop-off. Some reviewers also mention instances of unremoved stains or lost items, though the business maintains a high overall rating with active owner responses.

Thank you to the people in the store who helped me with the new - to me - the way to use the computer check in and check out. Who would have thought I would come by a computerized dry cleaner - but - things are changing these days.
For years, Burke Cleaners has been the only place I take my garments to, including my military uniforms. Each item was cleaned and pressed professionally and in a timely manner. Their personnel has always been friendly, outgoing and courteous.
