The service was easy to schedule, honest, quick, and very professional! I was given a lot advice specific to my make of car and its current issues, and the service itself only took a few hours over two drop-off days

Tyler was very pleasant, and respectful. He explained the cost of everything before moving forward and got me back on the road same day. It was pricey but just going outside costs money these days. 5⭐️

Git a full service oil change and waited for my vehicle they wasted no time taking back and was completed within 45 minutes. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Nice people. Explained options
Burnett is always easy to work with. They accommodated my small time window. They finished the scheduled tasks, and I feel like they are always honest with my repairs. I never feel like I'm being pressured into making extra repairs. They make suggestions of repairs that might be needed in the future, and give a good explanation of them.
This shop has been great. They are fast, do great work, and communicate very well.

I have been going to Burnett for a couple of years and they are always great to work with. Never try to upsell me unless it's needed and they really listen to my concerns.
Very professional service as always. They communicate well and let you know what your vehicle needs and don’t try to push any service that’s not necessary.
Great service with fast turn-around.
A place you can trust. Always consistent.

Fast service, kept me informed through the process.
I own a 2016 Chevy Cruze. After losing time and money from a different shop I decided to check this shop out. They were knowledgeable and thorough and saved me a massive headache.
The folks at Burnett will treat you and your car right. We have been taking our cars (Hondas and Fords) to the 151st location for the last decade. From regular oil changes and expected maintenance to investigating nebulous status indicators, Burnett has consistently provided excellent service and great advice.
I visit Burnett Auto regularly in order to keep my vehicle in good mechanical condition. They do an excellent job.
Service was exactly what I requested and was done promptly. They also told me of other work that might be needed coming up. These guys are always professional and friendly. I will 100% keep coming back.

This place is quick and they do quality work for a great price. Just had my new tires installed, but have used them over the years for many things. It's very convenient as I work at Garmin and can park my car with them for the day and when work is done my car is ready to go.
Amazing service!!!
Professional, knowledgeable employees with a good customer service attitude and great work on the vehicle at a reasonable price
