Excellent service and treatment by all, start to finish.
Fairest prices in town and very friendly staff.
Great honest place ! Very professional . I won't go anywhere else.
I typically go to Big-O, but was overdue for my oil change due to life getting in the way. They weren't able to get me in. Burt Brothers was able to get me in right away. Though they were much more expensive than I usually pay, they applied a coupon and helped me out. They did not need to go above and beyond like…
We’ve been using Burt Brothers for our vehicles the last few years and have always been satisfied with their work. They are very clear and informative about their services, and pricing is competitive in our area. We will continue using Burt Brothers since we know the job will be done cleanly and correctly!
First I have never written a review for anything. Good Bad etc. Bought new tires at Burts 3/4/21. Change my oil and rotate tire religiously. Always have them check the alignment because both my cars are all wheel drive. This is all documented in Burts system. Went in for an oil change Tire rotation and tires has…
Good people, ask for Devon and tell em' Baker sent ya'.
I will definitely go back. They did a full check on my car when I got the tires and oil changed and didn't try to sell me anything extra (I was shocked!) I approved an alignment without having to talk to me before they just did it but they didn't do one because it measured in the right parameters... That level of…
Service here was great. I did wait about 1.5 hours but they were busy. I liked being able to make my appointment online!
Always a great experience at Burt Brothers. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours. The appointment took about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Their lobby is great, I just waited. Employees were all kind and very helpful. It was a great price for what I got. Would definitely recommend.
Great service, quick return of my car, good prices.
Really nice staff and very quick for an oil change was in and out and back on the road in no time!
I usually take my truck to the dealership to get an oil change but they couldn't fit me in on Saturday. I called Burt Bros and they said they could take care of it. That was great. I had them do a full oil service and requested both fuel filters also. They sent me pictures of the dirty cabin filter and engine…
Great Staff and Speedy Service
My new goto!
Very friendly staff. Customer service is incredible. Great to see a new business here that takes care of your needs. Highly recommend them.
UPDATE: I've been in twice now since 1st visit. The 1st visit I asked for an oil change, I didn't tell them if I wanted synthetic or not, and they didn't ask me if I wanted synthetic or not. I called to talk about the misunderstanding and the manager at the time talked to me and worked out a resolution. I was…
