I was having very bad anxiety day. And Carly made my day just by being there and a girl. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all like I was being attacked because I was a girl I know nothing about cars. There were no up charges they explained everything to me so I completely understood everything. The lobby was clean they have plenty of seating. As well as a a little my desk area with plug ins so people can charge their phones or do work etc. They have a vending machine with sodas, candy,& chips. Plus they offer free coffee, tea multiple flavors, hot chocolate.
A very pleasant experience and atmosphere we will be returning in the future for any tire and alignment issues.
