Customers highlight fast turnaround times, fair pricing, and honest communication regarding necessary repairs. Staff are described as knowledgeable and friendly, often providing detailed explanations of vehicle issues. While most reviews are positive, two low-star entries criticize a significant delay in service despite an appointment and a fee for a minor tire repair that other chains perform free.

Anytime I have an issue this shop is always on the ball! From repairs and new tires to warranties, all around they are just great!
Excellent service. Fixed a multi-day problem another shop failed to resolve and, in this particular case, didn’t even charge me for whatever labor was involved. Friendly and helpful; will likely bring my vehicle to them in the future as needed.

I got a flat tire near grantsville. I asked someone local where a good tire shop was, filled my tire with air and limped my car to the shop. They saw me right away and patched my tire so I could get home. Very professional and the patch wasn't too expensive.
