We’ve been using Burt Brothers for our vehicles the last few years and have always been satisfied with their work. They are very clear and informative about their services, and pricing is competitive in our area. We will continue using Burt Brothers since we know the job will be done cleanly and correctly!

Very polite. Fast and efficient. Explained when to come back and what they would check.

These guys are awesome and try there best to take care of people. Had a couple hiccups, they made it good and right. Nothing bad to say about them. Marshal is the alignment guy for sure. Great work, I’ll be continuing business with him.

Ordered tires. They came in so we made n appointment on a Saturday. Dropped off vehicle at 9:00 am. Got a call at 4:45 saying they couldn’t get a lug nut off and wanted to keep my vehicle for the weekend. I need my vehicle to get to work on Monday. They had all day with my car. I told them to not touch it. I picked it up and will go somewhere else.

I will definitely go back. They did a full check on my car when I got the tires and oil changed and didn't try to sell me anything extra (I was shocked!) Customer service got worse the 2nd time around. Very good service and everyone was nice.

Came in, set up an appointment for new tires and alignment. Drop off the car that follow week and it was in out quickly. I was also advised about replacement of brakes. All in all process was smooth and quick. Thanks!

I called needing an estimate to fix a nail in my tire. They fixed it for no charge, even though the inherited vehicle had tired purchased somewhere else. Yes, I'm aware that probably other tire stores also do this, but I doubt they all do. A++ service.

Went through a third party to purchase tires and Burt brothers did the install and they were fully paid by the third party company and Burt brothers lied saying they weren’t and charged me a installation fee that I was already charged will never go here at Burt brothers makes big o tires look like an amazing company.

Great experience today at Burt Bro tire in Tooele today. They were short handed and explained the situation I had time to wait and because of the extra time it only did I get my 4 new trailer tires at a good price they also gave me an additional discount this made exceptional service from a tough situation. Very friendly and helpful!!

Went to get new tires and was called to say I was missing 2 tire lug nuts when they need a special key to have them removed they wanted to charge me 25 dollars each which I declined. The reason I was getting tires is I had to fix a flat tire and all the lug nuts were in place a week before never going to the Tooele Burt Brothers

Gave me 2 different reviews on my tires. One said all my tires and rotors were in horrible condition (2000.00 to fix). Magically 3 days later my tires were 8/10 and rotors perfect shape. (I have both in writing) Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly woman! I would not recommend this Burt Brothers to ANYONE!

I took my '98 Jeep in for new tires and maybe some frontend work. Kyle and I spent a lot of time discussing sizes and tread. His team checked it out and he emailed me a quote for all the work it would need. I had them fix the most important stuff; it needs a lot. After his team finished with it, It drives much better.

Always great service! Just needed my tire sensor reset and some air added to my tire. Took them about 5 minutes!

Awesome! Fast friendly service. It took them 12 minutes to fix I flat. I bought in to them to be fixed. I may have just Caught them at the right time other shops in Town take 2 to 3 hours to get a flat fixed. That is a Lot of waiting time for just a flat. I was very impressed. Keep up the great work.

I went in without an appointment and they got me in as quickly as they could. And they did exactly what I asked them to do. They were very friendly and helpful and the price was better than what they originally quoted me. They’re great people to work with.

Quick tire rotation.

Kyle at Burt Brothers Tire has been great. Always has great suggestions, prices, and customer service. I take all my vehicles there. Service at the place down the street has gone down the drain. Highly recommend you try these guys. I just got new rims on my 4runner and love them. Also have had other services , and repairs and they do great work.
