Very fast, friendly, professiona and not pushy on the up sales and sales guy inside was very knowledgeable on tires for my vehicle

Great service and treated well Came in today and service was great and Jasmine was very good to work with 4/18/26 another visit with great service and honesty about what my Ranger needed I would recommend giving them the opportunity to serve you 5/8/26 just an oil change but they were good to work with give them a… Read full review

They did a great job on my tires and were 100 dallers chiper then Big O but when my daughter got in her car they left her steering wheel cover dirty

Got me in quick and were super nice. 10/10. Would definitely recommend

I was having very bad anxiety day. And Carly made my day just by being there and a girl. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all like I was being attacked because I was a girl I know nothing about cars. There were no up charges they explained everything to me so I completely understood everything. The lobby was clean… Read full review

Getting my tires replaced at Burt Brothers was a fabulous experience! They were able to get me in quickly and completed the service in a timely manner. As a single mom, I always find it stressful taking my car in for service because I feel like I’m usually given a huge list of repairs that supposedly need to be… Read full review

You gotta love a place where they really are happy to help you. It’s my second experience going to Burt Brothers, and both times I left thinking, they have a customer for life. Service is beyond good it’s great. Very friendly with a good price. It’s not often you get both. I’d highly recommend Burt Brothers in Tooele’s

Excellent customer service! Had an emergency flat that they took care of right at closing time. Thanks guys for your great work and getting me back on the road again! Highly recommend this shop.

Very professional and exceptional service is what I received here. Went in for a tire rotation and they said my tires were bald. So Jasmine suggested I get new tires than an alignment due to the wear on the tires. They gave me some options that just didn't fit in my budget and mind. I expressed my concern on the… Read full review

In and out as fast as I could expect for the problem. Particularly impressive because it was a busy pre holiday Saturday They have extremely pleasant knowledgeable employees.

They’re my new tire place won’t go any place out

Great service! Dropped by with only an hour left till closing time. They said no problem and got right on the repair. The staff repaired my tire and sent me on my way. Can’t thank them enough!!

They went far and above the call of duty! They, meaning the entire staff treated me like I was the only customer. I was so impressed with their willingness to listen and help. Professional and honest. Thank you Roger, Devan, and Jasmine.. I will never forget the way you treated me and my car!

Excellent customer service. Took care of my Rav4. Have used Burt Bros in Sandy, Bountiful and happy to have them local now.

Top-notch amazing place.Great-great service.I love this place and I will definitely come back when I need work on my car

Excellent service and treatment by all, start to finish.

Burt brothers is amazing their customer service is excellent Adrian is awesome

Awesome job by this crew

I put new tires and got my car aligned. Excellent service, friendly people, this is probably the only place I'll buy tires from now on!

Very friendly staff.

If you care about your car DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a joke. I bought 4 expensive tires from here. Went to get an alignment balance and rotate and I get told I have two cross threaded lug nuts, one on each front tire. I’m currently replacing them myself because Burt brother Tooele doesn’t know how to… Read full review

I needed new wheels and tires for my truck. After shopping around I found exactly what I wanted at Burt Brothers. Devin and his team are great!

I am 75 yrs old, let’s say my experience with Burt Brothers is unlike anything I ever had done at a tire store!

We’ve been using Burt Brothers for our vehicles the last few years and have always been satisfied with their work. They are very clear and informative about their services, and pricing is competitive in our area. We will continue using Burt Brothers since we know the job will be done cleanly and correctly!

Very polite. Fast and efficient. Explained when to come back and what they would check.

These guys are awesome and try there best to take care of people. Had a couple hiccups, they made it good and right. Nothing bad to say about them. Marshal is the alignment guy for sure. Great work, I’ll be continuing business with him.

Went in for low tire and tite rotation with our car. Fast, friendly, and Great Service. You feel good when you go to a place that cares. We’ll be back

We scheduled an appointment, and ordered our preferred tires. They were set to be delivered to the Tooele Burt Brothers location on Saturday July 11th. We received the text message stating our tires were delivered at 9:09AM, and we were there within the hour. Once we arrived, they had all of our paperwork ready,… Read full review

Super great and helpful employees, they were willing to get me in even though it was close to the end of day, and made sure I was happy with the tires and service ! I believe Jasmine helped me, she’s awesome !

They are so helpful and kind!

Fast and efficient. Burt Brothers had my choice of tires on hand and didn't try to upsell me. Integrity...Mckell and Jazmine went above and beyond. Thank you to the techs for your service. Highly recommend

Ordered tires. They came in so we made n appointment on a Saturday. Dropped off vehicle at 9:00 am. Got a call at 4:45 saying they couldn’t get a lug nut off and wanted to keep my vehicle for the weekend. I need my vehicle to get to work on Monday. They had all day with my car. I told them to not touch it. I picked it up and will go somewhere else.

I will definitely go back. They did a full check on my car when I got the tires and oil changed and didn't try to sell me anything extra (I was shocked!) I approved an alignment without having to talk to me before they just did it but they didn't do one because it measured in the right parameters... That level of… Read full review

At Burt Brother’s in Tooele Utah, from the front desk to the talented technicians in the shop… All ensured my expectations were not only met, but exceeded !!! Thank you !!!

I became a loyal customer after my first visit because I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Unfortunately, that positive impression was completely undone during a recent return visit. The experience changed noticeably once the staff learned that I had purchased my tires online… Read full review

Very friendly and good service

Excellent and honest service.

Very good service and everyone was nice.

Came in, set up an appointment for new tires and alignment. Drop off the car that follow week and it was in out quickly. I was also advised about replacement of brakes. All in all process was smooth and quick. Thanks!

Great Staff and Speedy Service

James and the whole team are awesome, super friendly and fast service. Definitely recommend

I called needing an estimate to fix a nail in my tire. They fixed it for no charge, even though the inherited vehicle had tired purchased somewhere else. Yes, I'm aware that probably other tire stores also do this, but I doubt they all do. A++ service.

Went through a third party to purchase tires and Burt brothers did the install and they were fully paid by the third party company and Burt brothers lied saying they weren’t and charged me a installation fee that I was already charged will never go here at Burt brothers makes big o tires look like an amazing company.

The service center ordered the tires a week and a half before the appointment I came on time for the appointment they had the vehicle all day at 4:00 they had not called to tell me the vehicle was done I called them they said they would have it done by 5:00 at 5:00 they called and said they did not have the tires in… Read full review

I ordered a new set of tires that I had delivered to Burt brothers in Tooele to have them put on. Once the tires were delivered I took in my car and was told that they would have it done that day. Great experience today at Burt Bro tire in Tooele today. They were short handed and explained the situation I had time to wait and because of the extra time it only did I get my 4 new trailer tires at a good price they also gave me an additional discount this made exceptional service from a tough situation. Very friendly and helpful!!

Excellent, friendly service, excellent quality of work

Nice shop and very nice and friendly staff

Mostly great service, the repair work is legit, employees are always friendly and helpful, they assessed the brakes on my truck and got me all fixed up, I only had one issue was when I scheduled to have 2 rear tires replaced before a predicted winter storm … on that day they did not have my tires “ they went… Read full review

Taken my van twice to Burt Brothers. They have been simply amazing both times. Plan on returning to have more services completed.

I love this place. I won’t go into details but some mistakes were made with my scheduled service. They bent over backwards to make it right and went above and beyond! Especially a woman whose name starts with M, but I’m regretfully horrible at getting names. She even went out of her way to find pens and coloring… Read full review

Went to get new tires and was called to say I was missing 2 tire lug nuts when they need a special key to have them removed they wanted to charge me 25 dollars each which I declined. The reason I was getting tires is I had to fix a flat tire and all the lug nuts were in place a week before never going to the Tooele Burt Brothers

Absolutely amazing. I dropped my truck off for tires about 11 this morning on a Saturday. I got the impression they were slammed, but I wasnt in a hurry. About 4 I got a phone call saying they were going to stay after hours to get it done. They closed at 5, and I stated I could bring it back. McKell was so good.… Read full review

The work was very good and fast. The employees are friendly and informative. I'd go back at any time.

Very professional! Communicated effectively! James was a huge help!

Always helpful kind and curious people who love to help out

I was quoted a price and told they had the tires, I made an appointment for the tires, was told I would get called but never did. When I arrived they had no appointment, no tires, they had to order them for the following Monday. I took my truck down, got the tires put on and the store managers was very rude and… Read full review

I love how they took such great care of us. They have earned our business!!!

Burt Brothers is absolutely amazing. I needed new tires asap and they got me all that I needed for a good price and stayed late to put them on for me. I am so grateful for them and their kindness and willingness to help me out while I was in a tough spot. Thank you guys!

Great service!

I’m new to the area, not sure we’re to go for tire services. Stop at the local store and was very pleased with the tire services. Im sure I’ll be a returning customer.

Fair, knowledgable, good to work with

Best customer service in tooele for sure. Easy to get in and out.

Great experience

Gave me 2 different reviews on my tires. One said all my tires and rotors were in horrible condition (2000.00 to fix). Magically 3 days later my tires were 8/10 and rotors perfect shape. (I have both in writing) Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly woman! I would not recommend this Burt Brothers to ANYONE!

Got our tires balanced, great customer service, great experience.

I had never been to a tire store that was so compassionate and caring. I was in a really rough spot and they went above and beyond! Thank you for everything today! You were a true blessing from God ❤️

Did a great job and were really fast

Great service!!

Very friendly crew! Always gotten me out of a jam!

Took my tire in to change my valve stem and fixed it free of charge. Extremely professional as well!

Great service and very friendly staff. Had the tires I needed in stock at a good price and worked me into their schedule the same day. I highly recommend the Burt Brothers Tooele location.

Good service, fast very helpful.

We’re ready, friendly and got it done ahead of the promised time.

I took my '98 Jeep in for new tires and maybe some frontend work. Kyle and I spent a lot of time discussing sizes and tread. His team checked it out and he emailed me a quote for all the work it would need. I had them fix the most important stuff; it needs a lot. After his team finished with it, It drives much better.

Always great service! Just needed my tire sensor reset and some air added to my tire. Took them about 5 minutes!

Awesome! Fast friendly service. It took them 12 minutes to fix I flat. I bought in to them to be fixed. I may have just Caught them at the right time other shops in Town take 2 to 3 hours to get a flat fixed. That is a Lot of waiting time for just a flat. I was very impressed. Keep up the great work.

I went in without an appointment and they got me in as quickly as they could. And they did exactly what I asked them to do. They were very friendly and helpful and the price was better than what they originally quoted me. They’re great people to work with.

They patched up my tire super quick at no charge! I will definitely be going back.

Kyle was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. And he did it in a timely manner to get me back on the road Thank you again

My first time coming here, the service was very friendly and accommodating, and their cost for the tires I bought beat all the other shops in Tooele that I called. The alignment service was also excellent. I will be coming back for sure.

Quick tire rotation.

Kyle at Burt Brothers Tire has been great. Always has great suggestions, prices, and customer service. I take all my vehicles there. Service at the place down the street has gone down the drain. Highly recommend you try these guys. I just got new rims on my 4runner and love them. Also have had other services , and repairs and they do great work.

Super helpful, really great service! Kyle is a rockstar!

The employees were very nice and they were quick with my car. 10/10 recommend this place!

As always, Kyle went out of his way to help me out replacing my flat tire thank you

Customer service was exceptionally great. I came in for an oil change, air filter replacement, & a tire rotation & the entire service was complete within 30-40 mins!

Fast and friendly service as always!

The staff was great and super fast especially being that I just dropped in mid day Saturday. Thanks!

Was looking for a specific tire and they looked and got back with me and ordered it and it was here within a day. They came to my car took the tire change it out and brought it back to my car and was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

They were fast, friendly and better prices than Les Schwab

So friendly, and so fast to get my car in and out. Highly recommend.

The best customer service O have experienced at an auto store. The store manager is exceptional.

The team at Burt Brothers tire and service. Went above and beyond, providing top-notch service from start to finish", "They exceeded my expectations. I will go back for future maintenance on my car. I know they will take care of you just as good as they've taken care of me.

Kyle took time to understand what I was looking for on a future build on one my cars while they were servicing another car. Great care and service.

Horrible service guys in the tire department didn't know what they were doing really bad service at that place

Went in expecting to pay for a tire repair. No charge, even though I did not purchase the tire there. A very nice surprise. Thank you Burt Brothers!
