Burton's Plumbing & Heating

This is my third time utilizing Burton and all three were very good experiences. Professional and pleasant to work with.

Jordan did a great job. He was personable and knowledgeable and answered any questions.

So when you wake up to a backed up drain and poop, Burtons make your day better. Snaked main drain and reinstalled a leaking toilet in a hour. Professional and kind. I had feces behind the water heater that I couldn't get too, unless the water heater was removed. Burtons had a home made special power washer tool… Read full review

Great service and very thorough work. Julian was very kind, clean, and did good work. The back office was very good about communicating as well.

I called on a Saturday for emergency service because our kitchen sink wouldn't drain & was gurgling up when I ran the garbage disposal. Julian called me back and said he could be out in 10 minutes! I think he was at my door in less than 10 minutes! He snaked the drain and got it cleaned out (after going down 30… Read full review

Jordan did a great job getting our kitchen sink working again. He also cleaned up everything when he was done and made it as good as new. Thanks

We had concerns about tree roots possibly slowing the water flow from our house to the city's main. Julian thoroughly checked things out and snaked the pipe. He showed me what was found and assured me it was in pretty good shape at the moment. I was very relieved. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service!

We had a very small gas leak on a pipe near our water heater that needed to be repaired. I was concerned that it would affect the water heater turning the gas off due to its age. Justin assessed the situation and had no concerns about the water heater, fixed the pipe quickly, and was even able to snake our bathtub… Read full review

Thanks Jason for the outstanding job. Came out very quickly.

Jordan was kind, explained everything well and services were completed pretty fast! Will def use again when in need!

They came out timely and we were very satisfied what they did.

Timely, personable, professional installation - but would recommend laying down tarp or other material on flooring to catch dripping water and caulking flakes when exiting home with discarded fixtures.

Very Professional!! Always Great Service!!

It was successful and did not take very long to resolve an extremely annoying situation. The plumber was very friendly and personable. Highly recommended!

On time and knew what he was doing👍

Jordan did an excellent job of replacing a leaking outside hose faucet. We discussed the options and I went with the freeze proof faucet. He completed the repair quickly and then made sure I was satisfied with the installation. He also snaked out my sump pump drain. The pricing fir both repais was reasonable.

Technician walked me through everything he was going to work on and quoted me before starting any work, was very professional and efficient. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the service cost a lot more than I would think is reasonable, but I needed it done. I would still call them again if I have another plumbing issue in the future.

Justin came to my house today to snake my drains. The job was completed, however, the entire time at my home he was cocky and sarcastic. I felt he did not want to answer any of my questions as his answers were short. He was not a pleasant person at all.
