This is my third time utilizing Burton and all three were very good experiences. Professional and pleasant to work with.

Jordan did a great job. He was personable and knowledgeable and answered any questions.

So when you wake up to a backed up drain and poop, Burtons make your day better. Snaked main drain and reinstalled a leaking toilet in a hour. Professional and kind. I call Burtons for all my plumbing repairs, never have I been disappointed, will continue to use. Jordan took care of our basement storm drain backup with ease while sharing his expert insights and indulging all of my technical questions. True expertise paired with kindness and transparency. 10 out of 10, I will calling Burton's first thing next time I have an issue.

Burton's is our go to for our plumbing needs. Jordan Moore was our technician today. He was very polite and personable. He thoroughly examined the problem with the bathroom and kitchen sink and explained everything. We highly recommend Jordan and this company.

Julian was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was in and out very quickly without leaving me a mess to clean up. We had concerns about tree roots possibly slowing the water flow from our house to the city's main. Julian thoroughly checked things out and snaked the pipe. He showed me what was found and assured me it was in pretty good shape at the moment. I was very relieved. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service!

We had a very small gas leak on a pipe near our water heater that needed to be repaired. I was concerned that it would affect the water heater turning the gas off due to its age. They came out timely and we were very satisfied what they did.

Timely, personable, professional installation - but would recommend laying down tarp or other material on flooring to catch dripping water and caulking flakes when exiting home with discarded fixtures.
