This is my third time utilizing Burton and all three were very good experiences. Professional and pleasant to work with.

Jordan did a great job. He was personable and knowledgeable and answered any questions.

Jordan took care of our basement storm drain backup with ease while sharing his expert insights and indulging all of my technical questions. True expertise paired with kindness and transparency. 10 out of 10, I will calling Burton's first thing next time I have an issue.

We had concerns about tree roots possibly slowing the water flow from our house to the city's main. Julian thoroughly checked things out and snaked the pipe. We had a very small gas leak on a pipe near our water heater that needed to be repaired. I was concerned that it would affect the water heater turning the gas off due to its age. Timely, personable, professional installation - but would recommend laying down tarp or other material on flooring to catch dripping water and caulking flakes when exiting home with discarded fixtures.

Jordan did an excellent job of replacing a leaking outside hose faucet. We discussed the options and I went with the freeze proof faucet. He completed the repair quickly and then made sure I was satisfied with the installation. He also snaked out my sump pump drain. The pricing fir both repais was reasonable.

I needed a bathtub leaky faucet replaced and the drain snaked out

This is my 3rd time using Burtons and I have a lot to cover this time...2 toilets and shower faucet repair. I am very happy with their service. We had a very clogged kitchen sink and they came out ahead of schedule and cleared drain quickly. They double and triple checked the drain. We are very happy. Needed to replace a damaged hose bib. They came out quickly and did a great job.

have used burton plbg for numerous jobs and have been very happy with there work. there techs are curtious and complete the job and clean up after there done. they are also good about what they are doing and suggestions for future.

Very professional. Jeff was in and out in less than an hour, kitchen sink now drains freely and doesn't come up the laundry room floor.

Technician arrived for my emergency basement flooded appointment exactly on time he proceeded to clear the main sewer line and within 15 minutes he had it all clear accomplished his objective packed up his equipment processed paperwork and I was very happy with the service of Burton's.

My home is almost 100 creating unique challenges. Burton's has always given quality service and will continue to be my go to in the future.

I woke up to our laundry drain backing up into my laundry room. I was grateful they were able to get someone out same day. Our Plumber was courteous and professional and explained everything very well. Definitely a returning customer and will be recommending.

Technician walked me through everything he was going to work on and quoted me before starting any work, was very professional and efficient. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the service cost a lot more than I would think is reasonable, but I needed it done. I would still call them again if I have another plumbing issue in the future.

Timely response and arrival

Justin came to my house today to snake my drains. The job was completed, however, the entire time at my home he was cocky and sarcastic. I felt he did not want to answer any of my questions as his answers were short. He was not a pleasant person at all.
