Justin was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He let us know what it would cost to fix the leaking shower head. The cartridge had to be replaced in the handle. Justin was friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Burton again.

Curt and Tom are both great to work with! I only use Burtons now for all of my plumbing work. Time installed an in-line water heater with recirculating water. I had them come to replace an old leaking trap and install a water line to a new refrigerator. That work was done quickly and well. Had to bring a couple small items up to code which I as no issue with. He quoted a couple other things which I probably let them do.

Excellent explanations of problem

Faucet was not working and would not shut off. Had water everywhere. Called Burtons and explained it was an emergency. I'm a senior and live by myself but wasn't able to shut off main water supply. Tyler arrived to save the day. He was very prompt, courteous and price was reasonable. When I need a plumber I will definitely call Burtons.

I was helped by an employee named Jesse who was super friendly and efficient. He got the job done pretty quickly. I like that they send you an email with a picture of the employee that is coming and call when they're on the way. I also love that it's completely paperless.

The technician was here within the time frame they said. He was very courteous and explained everything he did and was quick. I would recommend Burton's and would not hesitate to call them again for any repairs I need.
