Justin was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He let us know what it would cost to fix the leaking shower head. The cartridge had to be replaced in the handle. Justin was friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Burton again.

Excellent explanations of problem

Faucet was not working and would not shut off. Had water everywhere. Called Burtons and explained it was an emergency. I'm a senior and live by myself but wasn't able to shut off main water supply. Tyler arrived to save the day. He was very prompt, courteous and price was reasonable. When I need a plumber I will definitely call Burtons.

I was helped by an employee named Jesse who was super friendly and efficient. He got the job done pretty quickly. I like that they send you an email with a picture of the employee that is coming and call when they're on the way. I also love that it's completely paperless.

The technician was here within the time frame they said. He was very courteous and explained everything he did and was quick. I would recommend Burton's and would not hesitate to call them again for any repairs I need.

I called them when my mother needed a new outside faucet. They were able to come next day and they they are my go-to plumber! I also had them install a new hot water tank in my home in the past two years and I appreciate their honesty, promptness and professionalism.

This is one of the best businesses I have dealt with. I am by nature very skeptical and sad to say at times critical when it comes to services. Cannot find anything wrong with this company. James was very quick and efficient. Had an apprentice with him who was also excellent!!!!
