I had a house shut off valve start spewing water on a Monday afternoon and contacted Burton’s. It was fixed before noon the day after. Tina was awesome, Justin was awesome! Highly recommend!

My bath faucet had a leak. Burton’s responded quickly and communicated with me clearly. Justin was my repair person and he was fantastic! Justin was friendly, courteous and professional. I have used Burton’s many times for various jobs & highly recommend them as I have to many family members as well. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable & courteous. Last job by Jordan was done perfectly as usual. Whether it’s a minor replace or major installation, I would always use Burton’s.

After an inspection, the cause of our leak was quickly located and corrected.

The service technician came out and we talked about a few items. And he was very knowledgeable and I appreciate that.

Jordan was professional, courteous, listened to what the problem was, got to work on it, fixed the pipe, and let us know that it may not be the final solution. He was nice, friendly, helpful, and a great representative of your company.

Jason called ahead, arrived on time. Knowledgeable about all questions and explained repair options. Very conscious about soiling..used booties and tarps for traffic areas. Finished quickly and did all water shutoffs, etc. Friendly. expert, and nice guy.

Was originally scheduled to have repair done Friday but they had an timecopen up on Wednesday and theybwere able to get me in sooner.. Explained everything he was doing and why. Always professional. Gave me estimate for additional service I need done and will have them do. Reliable and, I feel, trustworthy.

Working with Burton’s was a very easy process from making the appointment to getting the work completed. I work with Justin who was very professional and explained the work that he performed and even looked at an additional issue I was having. He was on time and performed an excellent job. Jason Palmer was professional, cordial and thorough in identifying problems with sinks, outside outlets, and a toilet. He explained the problems in a way that I could understand. He corrected everything in a diligent manner, and pointed out why one faucet needed to be replaced.

Jesse was knowledgeable and professional! Called when he was 30 minutes out, wore shoe covers and a mask, delivered both good and bad news very very well. He was in an out in under two hours with no mess, even took his contractor bag full of trash with him. We are very pleased and will be return customers!
