Had our main line drain snaked. Jordan was our technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the work he did. Highly recommend.
I have been a customer Burton's for years. They are professional friendly and on time. I came to them because I had issues with roots from trees 🌳 coming into my sewer drain. They assets the issue came up with a treatment plan and now I don't have sewer backups. I would recommend them for anyone having plumbing issues.
We had 2 services performed in one week and both were of an emergent situation. In both cases we were able to have a technician come out in a matter of 1 hour from the time of the call to them. Highly satisfied with both Justin and Jesse. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Scheduling was easy, fast, and friendly. The technician Julian was amazing. Informative, polite, and respectful of my home. I will continue to use Burtons for any plumbing issues I have.

Julian, our tech, was most helpful and patient answering all of our questions in a very professional manner. He worked so very hard at fixing our main sewer line issues going over and beyond what one would expect from a plumbing company. Technician arrived for my emergency basement flooded appointment exactly on time he proceeded to clear the main sewer line and within 15 minutes he had it all clear accomplished his objective packed up his equipment processed paperwork and I was very happy with the service of Burton's.
