Very professional,in and out before I knew it. Took care of everything with no problems. Recommend them to everyone
After having other "plumbers" try to replace bathtub faucets and shower head, and REALLY messed it up we called Burton's Plumbing to come give us an estimate. Jason came out for the estimate, he was so friendly, professional and made sure we knew exactly what would be done and at what cost. Justin was the plumber…
We have had Burton’s do work for us on a couple different occasions and it has always been an easy and professional experience. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable, and their work is top quality.
Justin & Brandon were pleasant to speak with & were very professional. They did a good job with the work that needed to be done. They did not over sell me work that "could be done." They only addressed my concerns. They were willing to explain things when asked. They did not leave garbage behind and wore booties…
Burton Plumbing & Heating technician Jason Palmer was marvelous. He was so kind about my tight access to my bathtub water controls. He took time to review photos my downstairs neighbor sent me of damage in her condo bathroom. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately ordered the parts. Unfortunately…

This is my 3rd time using Burtons and I have a lot to cover this time...2 toilets and shower faucet repair. I am very happy with their service. I have a tag team working on the plumbing, Jesse, Jason and Jordan...(I wonder if everyone with a J initial works here? Lol) They are knowledgeable, polite, and on time. Thanks everyone 🛁🚽🚽
After an inspection, the cause of our leak was quickly located and corrected.
Very happy with the service and communication.
Jason was seriously awesome. He was ultra-courteous and accomodating with my dad's hearing impairment. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided options for future projects we inquired about. My dad and I are more than happy with the repair done on the shower and will absolutely be contacting Burton's…
Available same day. Job was done quickly. Arrived on time.
I have used Burton's for a number of years and have NEVER been disappointed. I have called them for small jobs to large they are on time, courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have complete trust in their quality and follow-up and they have never disappointed. They will continue as my "go to" for all…
Fast friendly service, good price and quality information. Will use again.
On time, affordable, quick, and professional service. Thanks!
I would recommend them for all my plumbing repairs. They were honest, friendly and fixed my issue quickly!
Tyler is actually the best, really hope I remember his name because dude deserves a raise, I had 3 other plumbers come and estimate damages on my house and two of them shrugged their shoulders saying they didn’t know what to do, and the third had said we needed to tear up our floor in the kitchen which is a major…
Justin arrived right on time and had the sump pump replaced in short order. He was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. On 5/24/22 used Burton for toilet and shower repair. Jason was very knowledgeable, went over the pros and cons of…
These are my go-to guys. Definitely the ATeam with great management and leadership. As a landlord, I need to know my Service Team is reliable and knowledgeable. When my own hot water heater seemed like it was about to explode one evening (after hours), they talked me through shutting it down, assured me it would…
Burton Plumbing did a superb job. James did fine, excellent work. All questions and concerns were answered and good advice given. The work was done quickly and well. They cleaned and took away all packing and debris. Justin did superb work and answered all questions. Prices are reasonable. They definitely know…
I give Burton's Plumbing my highest recommendation. We were first introduced to this company when they came out to scope a service pipe to see if it was broken. While there, we asked for estimates on a number of projects: putting in a new kitchen faucet, hooking up a gas dryer, replacing piping in the bathroom…
This is one of the best businesses I have dealt with. I am by nature very skeptical and sad to say at times critical when it comes to services. Cannot find anything wrong with this company. James was very quick and efficient. Had an apprentice with him who was also excellent!!!!
Burton's came in and repaired a leak in my shower that was dripping down onto the kitchen ceiling. The repairman Justin diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the leak quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much.
So, I called around 1:40 pm today on Friday the 13th and as luck would have it they could fit us in today from 2 to 5. At 1:50 Jason calls and says he can be here in 10 minutes! After looking over our situation and giving a very nice price quote he started the project. Three and a half hours later we had a brand new…
Burtons Plumbing & Heating was great from start to finish. I am beyond satisfied with everyone including Tina the receptionist, Justin who gave the quote , and Jason Palmer who completed the repair. Of course the repair was my greatest concern and with that I can't praise Jason's work enough. He did an excellent…
