I call Burtons for all my plumbing repairs, never have I been disappointed, will continue to use. Justin just replaced garbage disposal, flushed hot water tank, repaired the leaky pipe and snaked the main drain. He did an awesome job and a pleasure to speak with. Great price and I will always be a Burtons customer.…

James was the plumber. Very knowledgeable, friendly and knows what he is doing. Your company is lucky to have him as one of your employees. I am so happy he is still with your company. Thanks Charlene Thomas. PS...great to actually talk to real people and not a robot.
Best place in town.
You rep was very thorough, very clear on explaining everything as to what needed to be done and how, and friendly. What more can you ask. He was also very personable and I liked the way he tutored his apprentice.
Had a minor problem Jason and Brandon came out did a fantastic job fixed my issue. Super personable, answered any and all of my questions made the whole experience easier. Thank you.
Gas leak from a pipe attached to the Water Heater. After smelling gas and contacting Consumer’s Energy. They recommended that I call a Plumber to replace a part of pipe connected to Water Heater. Finally selected a Plumbing & Heating Company. Serviceman, Justin Schoel, arrived within two hours. The repair was…
I was able to make an appointment for a drain repair for one of my off days, and Justin called asking to come by earlier than the window I was assigned. He did a beautiful, neat repair on my washtub drain. He even shored up my wobbley washtub. Thank you!! Edit 2023: Seems I can’t make more than one review, but it…

Plumber was very courteous and answered my questions willingly and thoroughly.
Jordan, the tech that came out was very good at explaining what he was going to do and took the right saftey precautions that needed to change the water tank with the gas that was attached to the tank. He did clean up after the tank was changed.
I called them when my mother needed a new outside faucet. They were able to come next day and they they are my go-to plumber! I also had them install a new hot water tank in my home in the past two years and I appreciate their honesty, promptness and professionalism.
Service included replacement of hot water tank and water activated back up sump pump install. Hot water tank was brought to my attention by Jason during visit for the sump pump concern. He observed that the tank was well over its useful life expectancy. Most professional company I have known for some 15+ years! Never disappointed.
My experience with Burton's and technician Justin Z. was first rate! I had a leak on the cold water inlet on my hot water heater due to some corroded galvanized piping, and thought while I had the appointment I would have the garbage disposal I recently purchased installed as well since my current one had rusted out…
