I took headshots at Butter Studio for my professional licensing application and to update my LinkedIn. I felt instantly comfortable at the studio and she was super efficient. She gave good directions to help me with poses and the finished photos came VERY quickly, even over the weekend. I would 100% go again whenever I need to update my pics!

Great experience with Joyce getting headshots. She has made a very cozy studio set-up, with everything you'd need for pre-shoot prep. I'm camera shy and Joyce was wonderful in helping me pose and loosen up. I would definitely come back for future photos!

Joyce took our very first set of family photos (21 years in the making!) and she is absolutely fantastic! All 3 of us are a bit uncomfortable in front of the camera, but Joyce made us feel right at home and while we were chatting and laughing, she was snapping photos and they turned out really beautiful. Having pictures of us all together means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for Joyce’s warmth, professionalism, and exceptional skills behind the camera. If I could give 10 stars, I would! She also took our son’s professional head shots and they were gorgeous as well!

Truly cannot recommend Butter Studio enough! I came in for an ERAS headshot very last minute and the entire experience was lovely. Joyce is very sweet, incredibly attentive, and an amazing photographer. I was very impressed by the studio set up and amenities as well. The actual session was fast and very comfortable. I appreciated the range of different poses we tested and she has a good eye for what looks best. The final photos exceeded all my expectations and that fact it was so easy/fast took a huge stressor off my plate. Turnaround time was fast. They came out very nice and professional as well. 10/10 no notes
