Our son thoroughly enjoys attending C2 Education in Denville. In first grade, he required dedicated guidance across all subjects, and thanks to the instructors and center director at C2, he successfully narrowed his academic gap. We plan to maintain his enrollment at C2 for second grade.

I highly recommend C2 education in Denville.
My girls have been taking classes for few weeks now and they feel much more confident at school in both ELA and math. Director is very professional and answers to questions very sincerely. I like how they test the kids every few weeks to check progression and follow up on the results.

My daughter had a terrible experience at C2 in Denville - many instructors could not explain the answers to her questions, she finally found a good one and she left a month later, there were not enough tutors for her to get a spot after her that. We waited and during that time were not able to use our hours. Then the center closed. I was promised a refund of over $4000 which never materialized. the main office and nearby office will not respond to my inquiries.

First of all we would like to thank C2 Denville for helping our daughter in her SAT preparation and school subjects. Due to rigorous process and curriculum at C2 denville, our daughter was able to achieve very good SAT score. A big shout out for current center Director(Cindy Nino). She is very professional and always open to discuss with parents for their child's need. Although we had bad experience with previous director - Salli, but current center director (Cindy) has changed the environment of denville center completely. Now we feel very much encouraged and hence started the tution for our younger daughter as well. Thanks to the entire teaching and admin staff as well. They take care of the kids so well. I would highly recommend this tutoring center for kids with any age group.

I hate having to write this review because I was a longtime supporter of C2 Denville while my oldest was a student there. Recently, I inquired for my son and wanted to compare Parsippany and Denville prices as I know they are different and don’t work with each other. As soon as I make an appointment with Parsippany, the Denville director CALLS my son and starts to shout at him. Luckily, I was in the room and took the phone. She just starts yelling obscenities at me and ends the phone before I could say anything or defend myself. I was furious and hoping for a callback, but I never received one from denville. I’d rather take my son to a place where they care about him as an individual rather than see him as $$.

C2 of Denville and Morristown makes you pay up front for your "tutoring contract" and then manipulate you into contracts that they cannot fulfill in a timely way and for much longer than necessary.
When we suspended tutoring for a length of time for my daughter due to the demands of her extracurricular activities, we were told to let them know when we wanted to resume. When we did seek to resume, C2 of Denville Center Director, Sali, didn't respond to my inquiry for a month, and when she did, she said my contract expired a week earlier. She said if I wanted to resume tutoring for my daughter, none of my unused hours would rollover and I would have to sign a new contract. No consideration was given for their negligence in getting back to me in a timely way so I could leverage some of my contracted hours before they expired. Terrible customer service. Sali was rude and unaccountable.
She hid behind the contract language that said I had 12 months to use the hours. She would not acknowledge that she had ignored my email when there was a month left in my contract. Her exact words in an email to me were: "If there was an urgency in the matter certainly you would have used more than one method, or more than one time to contact us. If there was any intent to come to sessions immediately you would have come to the center or placed a call."
I'm responding urgently now. I'd recommend you go with one of the other test prep agencies (Princeton Review, Kaplan, etc.), or find a mom and pop tutor. C2 of Denville and Morristown does not honor its contracts and seems only concerned with how much money they can get from your tutoring contract, not to provide a service for your child. Disappointing.

Our experiences with C2 Denville have been outstanding. Both the administrators and teaching staff are very professional and always show an intent to work with the students and parents. Bethany and Kathryn are very courteous and flexible. They are always there to help address any concerns questions and accommodate requests we have. Michelle and Emily are great instructors and are very knowledgeable in their respective areas. We were apprehensive about virtual classes initially, but Bethany arranged for a free trial class and made us realize how seamless the transition is. My kids love their instructors and we are very happy to be associated with C2 Denville.
