what a delightful experience! I made an appointment to have my car windows tinted. After a week, I requested an adjustment, which they promptly performed for no charge! It was a little tricky finding this site, because it is attached to a gas station. I recommend them wholeheartedly! I no longer get headaches from sun glare!

Oscar did a great job. But it was a very strange experience. A girl gave me a quote, and called me and explained it would be no more than an hour and a half, and that I could come in with my kids and it would be quick. She also said there was a “flash sale” for $25 off if I came in by the end of the month. I put down my “deposit” for $25 and was told it would be put towards the total. When I got there, the price was $100 more, which I would’ve been fine paying for from the beginning, but then they told me it would be a 4 hour wait, and I was sitting there with my baby and toddler. I was on the verge of tears. At the end, they took $25 off my total and called it a flash sale. So technically they should’ve taken $50 off, since I made a deposit. And to top it all off they only accept Venmo or cash? And I was never told that. Very very odd place. Maybe if went directly through Oscar to get the tint done, I would’ve had a better experience.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that Oscar did a great job on your vehicle, but we do want to clarify several points in your review because they don’t match our records.
First, your vehicle did not take four hours to complete. We have time-stamped records showing when you arrived, when the service began, and when you contacted us to make payment, so we can verify the actual timeline.
Second, we do accept credit/debit cards in addition to other payment methods, so we’re unsure where the understanding that we only accept Venmo or cash came from.
Regarding the $25, the deposit is applied toward your final balance—it is not an additional discount. The promotional discount and deposit are two separate things. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly enough when the appointment was booked.
As for the price difference, we agree that customers should understand the correct price before work begins. If there was a discrepancy between the original quote and the service required once the vehicle arrived, that should have been clearly explained before proceeding, and we will review the communication surrounding your appointment.
We take customer experience seriously and will always own something when we get it wrong. At the same time, we want the public record to accurately reflect what occurred. We’re happy to review the timestamps, quote, deposit and payment details directly with you.
