Martin did an excellent job. Very professional!
Zack was delightful and professional. He diagnosed problem immediately and fixed it neatly. I got 3 calls to alert me when he would be coming. I even think the call screening AI was very good. Thank you.
Matt was amazing. Dug out the main water leak area in humid and hot conditions. Identified the leak and proposed a better solution that would ensure it did not happen again. Cleaned the area and left it pristine. Highly recommend him.

Nick was very professional and trust worthy. Explained everything well.
Great service,quick service, great repairman.
I had a great experience with Cal’s plumbing and their technician Gabriel. I had already had three separate plumbers come out to attempt to fix a leak under my kitchen sink with no success but Gabriel expertly and quickly diagnosed the problem, drove up to Tucson to pick up the parts for a new faucet and…
Nick was great. Informative and efficient.
Thanks for the prompt response! Christopher quickly identified the problem and presented a couple of options on how to address it. He was professional, knowledgable and kept us informed throughout the process.
On a Saturday afternoon, Travis came in, detected where the leak was, explained how he would make the repair, was very personable, didn’t waste time, and once completed and I ask what could i do to possibly prevent another repair like this. Travis recommended purchasing a water softener system. Also, he called…
Matt was punctual, informative, professional, kept me Informed and did a great job.
Very professional and courteous.
Gabriel Aguilar and Octavio did a great job. They were both very professional and very helpful. Great job!!!!!!
Gabriel Aguilar is an expert in what he does. He is professional and customer friendly. We will be doing future plumbing jobs with Cals and him as our perferred technician. Everything was completed affordably, cleanly, and expeditiously.
Nick was so professional and knowledgeable, besides being most patient and thorough. I felt that I was in very capable hands. My personal wish is that all service providers could possess those qualities!
Gabriel diagnosed my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and polite. Thank you! Sue
Tyler did a great job with yearly inspection. We’ve had Tyler work on our plumbing several times and he does a great job.
Cal's representative Jeremy was professional, kindly answered all my questions and let me know of his ETA which was appreciated! I would recommend him to others!
Always fantastic service both on the phone and in person.
Travis arrived on time and, after I informed him of what needed to be done (check meter, reattach digital leak sensor, check pressure), he immediately got to work. He had all the background on the problems I’ve had with our water line, so he knew exactly why I asked him to perform these tasks. As he does so well…
It is always a pleasure to do buisness with Cal's Plumbing. They are professional thorough and reasonably priced. Jacob was so polite. He did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with his work.
Very fast and professional service from the lovely woman who called to schedule to the very knowledgeable and detailed technician. The price was VERY reasonable and I was very pleasantly surprised! Will be using Cal's plumbing and requesting the fantastic Lalo again at my personal and rental homes again!!
Jay Sandoval was very experienced and knowledgeable. After hearing what he recommended we agree to the quote, and he was able to work on it right away. Jay did a wonderful job. Pays attention to detail. Would recommend him to others for plumbing issues.
Cal's Plumbing did a great job identifying the leak in our plumbing. Turned out to be a pinhole leak caused by faulty installation by original builder, and it took some tenacity by the technician. But he finally found it and they efficiently did the repair. The technicians were courteous, prompt, professional,…
Very respectful young man..will call on you next time we need plumbing.

Explaining I needed someone ASAP as the main water was shut off in the home Andrew arrived quickly after calling Cal's Plumbing . Turn's out the water leak was a main line to the water heater and the leak was coming from the attic inside the house. Andrew efficiently checked the attic crawlspace and determined a…

Great job Higley recommended will use them again .
Great workmanship! Great customer service!
I have been using Cal’s for all my plumbing needs since 2006. Their work has always been excellent. The most recent repair was a leaking toilet seal. Matt did a great job.
Both occasions that we have used Cal’s we have been extremely pleased by the friendliness, professionalism and honesty of their staff. This visit they were late and failed to call ahead the night before like promised, but otherwise we were very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this company.
Jack called before when he was in the way, arrived early and was super thorough. He took extra time to answer questions and explain things from multiple angles to ensure I understand the problem as well as options with potential outcomes. Within 24 hrs the leak was totally resolved. Communication was too notch!…
Couldn’t have been faster—came within hours of my call to find an occult leak from the old bathroom. Checked it out, crawled in the crawl space, identified the leaky pipe and gave a fair estimate to repair. And, scheduled the work for the next day! Quite happy with the service. Months later we had a sewer back…
Very professional, hard working, dedicated, fun loving and friendly team. Got the job done quickly and did it well, with no surprise charges. Took care to protect the floor with plastic sheeting and shoe covers.
The technician was on time, introduced himself and was very polite and friendly. He installed my new garbage disposal and cleaned everything up quickly and professionally. I will continue to use Cal's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
Fantastic job second time here had to dig for new water line from alley to house. Very very satisfied so far. Hard workers. We were told if we waited until the 19th of June the same tech would come and finish our complete repiping job. A different tech was sent if we had known this we would not have waited over a…
Jack is awesome! This company seems to have the utmost integrity of any other plumbing company I have ever used. This was our first time using them and we were quite impressed!
Nick came out on very short notice on a Saturday for a plumbing emergency and did a phenomenal job! Cal's didn't charge fees for the estimate and didn't charge after hours fees some other plumbers were and the price for the job was reasonable! Nick was able to fix the pipe and get our water running again within a…
Tyler was a true professional. Introduced his self and got right to it. He found a loose pc of pvc by the meter and I don’t remember paying anyone to do that. Tyler said they didn’t even glue it. I’m anxiously waiting for a call from Tyler so I can ask him a couple questions but I am having this work done by Cal!
Travis fixed my leaking faucet. Yay!
Responsive, quick and kind! I spotted a leak and they had someone out here in less than 24 hours to help replace the faucet.
Wow. Very impressive! Mine was a “gas water heater leak”. SW Gas said I had an exhaust issue. Ryan quickly determined that the roof vent was blocked; this goes back to roof repair not completed correctly. Ryan fixed it in less than 10 minutes and threw in some extra taping support. No charge!! Another Oro Valley…
Was fast efficient and professional explained repairs and did them in a timely manner
Stephen Rawlins was very helpful and was knowledgeable with the plumbing l have inside my block walls that is not easy to access. I will use Cal's again.
Travis from Cal's plumbing was out to check our plumbing to see if we had a leak in the office. He was thorough in his investigation and determined that the leak was not the plumbing.
Courteous professional and str8 forward!!
Thanks again to Nick for helping us with a recurring broken water main issue. Not a fun problem to have, but Nick was so helpful and sympathetic and it made an undesirable situation much easier to take!
As always, Cal's employees are awesome.
They detected and resolved separate problems with unknown source on several occasions. I trust them.
Jared and Daniel arrived promptly and began the analysis of the plumbing situation. The news got more complicated and they explained what needed to be done and worked diligently over a few days to accomplish the repair. We would rate them as first class and we give them an A-1 rating. Cal’s is highly recommended…
Stephen was very good, reasonable & friendly and our dog, BOB, loved him too! We had hired a leak detector & Stephen access the problem, found out what caused the leak problem, fixed the problem and offered additional god advice.
Donavan did an excellent job replacing my water pressure valve. He was super professional and efficient!
Did a great job and at a fair price. The technician was professional and nice. Explain everything prior to doing the work.
These guys stepped up and helped very quickly in a very bad situation and all was fixed in less than a half an hour. Wonderful customer service. Thank you SO MUCH
Ryan was very professional and thorough. He found the problem right away, that another plumber claimed he had come to my rental home and claimed he did the repair…but NOTHING had been done. When I came to see the so called repair, everything was as I had left it, soaking wet towels in the same place and found that…
Awesome response time and better than great at figuring out the situation and taking next steps. Highly recommend!!!
From the office to the plumber, Kenneth Harlan, all were professional, courteous and efficient. I do not live in Tucson but needed a good plumber for a major job at a house I own and rent back to my son. It was a bit stressful finding a good plumber over the phone but when I contacted Cal’s they went above and…
Joe was absolutely awesome and gave amazing customer service. We have peace of mind knowing a superb job was done. You’ve gained a customer for life! Thank you so much :)
Paul Brown was our tech, and he was professional, very efficient and took time to explain issues. Was also impressed that the company had someone out on a few hours notice. Happy to work with again.
I had a leak at my water meter. Ken quickly determined that it was on the service side and not on my side, so the water company is responsible. Ken was polite, friendly, and professional.
Tony and Ryan showed up on time, determined where the leak was on my water filter and repaired the issue. I’ve used Cal’s plumbing for a few years now and highly recommend them.
Billy was very friendly, courteous, and kind. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. He found leaks on the exact same fittings that the gas company missed. I appreciate all the work he did to help expedite getting my gas turned back on!
Great service! Professional, honest, and efficient. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
I had Kenneth today and he did an absolutely amazing job. The end product look like something out of an advertisement photo; very clean and detail oriented work. I am a repeat customer and will keep coming back when needed!
found and repaired leak 4feet underground.
Cal's Plumbing is a gem and we are very happy and very satisfied we discovered them. Kenneth our technician was very professional and resolved all of our kitchen sink issues - leaking faucet, defective disposal, and associated plumbing leaks. We now have piece of mind that our new sink (installed by another service) is finally functioning correctly.
The company rep showed up on time, did a great job explaining the work, and followed up immediately with a quote. Excellent service!
Kenneth was prompt, efficient and determined to provide a quality long term solution.
Cal’s Plumbing is phenomenal!!! I’ve never received better service anywhere and definitely did not expect it from a plumbing company. They are extremely reasonable in price, they are professional, kind, prompt, communicate extremely well and are just all around good people. This is the place you want to call when…
Kenneth replaced a shut off valve for an apartment behind our home. He also checked work we had done, tightning things, making sure our plumbing was safe so we would not have another event. He was proffesional, knowledgeable, courteous & friendy. I will call on him again!!!
Great service. Fast and friendly.
Dan and Tyler did an exceptional job. They came out promptly, identified the problem easily, repaired it professionally, referred me to necessary ancillary services and kept me informed of what they were doing. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Great education on what to look for the next time, prompt in arrival, thorough in making sure everything worked and no gas leak. Highly recommended!
Very happy with work done at my laundromat
Jacob went above and beyond taking care of me as well as well as the plumbing problem. Even when digging showed the original plan would not work they worked until they found the real solution then worked until the problem was fixed. Great personal contact. Kept me informed through out the repair process, so no suprises at the the end.
CALS Plumbing and Jacob repaired a faucet that was leaking for months after a different plumbing attempted to repair months before. They also repair a terrible clog in our sewer system. Jacob worked tirelessly until both problems were repaired. Jacob was polite and professional. I would recommend CALS Plumbing for any large or small job.
Leonard was brilliant! Super knowledgeable with a great personality (a Chicago guy, too.) 4th of July weekend and I thought I had a pipe leak (dreading bad news for my old house) which turned out to be an AC problem with a broken drain line. He got right on the fix, found a couple of other scary electrical problems,…
All of the above! Estimated time arrival perfect. Estimated issue quickly and accurate. Outgoing and informative. For the first time using this company I give it an A+ rating.
Called Cal’s emergency line, spoke with the lovely Carly. She was clear and concise, professional and very reassuring about helping us with our “Old Faithful” water line eruption. She set up a timeframe for us and said the tech would call during that window to give his ETA. Dan C called to let us know he was on the…
Cal’s Plumbing has been servicing our home for nearly 10 years. They are always professional, friendly and above all TRUSTWORTHY!!
Asked them to troubleshoot sewage problem. Quick and efficient!
Excellent service by a well qualified technician. Andrew is professional, personable, and very thorough. We appreciated his honestly and knowledge.
Billy came out after hours when I found a leak outside by my hose. He was available in less than 2 hours from my first call. The dispatch service was friendly and great at communicating and what I could expect. Billy called and told me when he was on his way. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and taught me exactly…
Dan is an exceptional plumber. Very personable which is refreshing! Excellent and thorough, great sense of humor & very patient, he did not rush the job or the explanations for the job. He was respectful of each issue and the property. If all Cal's tech's are like Dan, I highly recommend Cal's. And/or ask for Dan!…
Wonderful. Quick analysis of problem. Fixed leak perfectly and efficiently. Thank you so much.
Service is prompt and professional. We have used Cal’s several times now and we have always had a positive experience. We plan on making Cal’s Plumbing our regular go to plumbing company.
Cal’s plumbing was so efficient. Being able to talk to a live agent through chat on the website and quickly set up an appointment was so much better for me and having service the same day too! I tried another plumbing service but didn’t get a response . The technician who came . Dan, was great, friendly ,…
I called Cal's and spoke with a wonderful woman who told me that Joe Osborne would be coming out to help us. Joe was outstanding and went above and beyond. Literally on his hands and knees outside digging because we thought the leak was outside. It wasn't... but Joe was pleasant and kind and after going through…
Billy is the best! He did a fabulous job. And no more leaks! Thank you Billy I would highly recommend this company.
Nick was Professional, on time, helpful and quality work. Thank you. Will use your company in the future.
Joannie was wonderful to work on the phone with regards to our rescheduling and rushing to get someone out to access and repair the main water pipe to our house that was leaking and causing us to not have any water supply to the house. Dan was very professional and identified and fixed the problem right on the spot. Thanks to you all.
Very friendly and taught me what to look fine for the next time
They scheduled me quickly, arrived on time, and made the process easy. Cody was very good, honest, and a joy to work with.
Dan Caisse was as though and competent as can be. Was absolutely diligent in getting the job perfect. I would recommend Cal’s Plumbing and will contact to ask for Dan again as I will need to get an estimate on a toilet in the near future. Thanks again
Billy is awesome. We have used him for years, and followed him to Cal's Plumbing. As usual, he was very direct, honest and clear about the problem and how to solve it. It was a complicated leak requiring emergency blue-staking, a mini-excavator, and a lot of rocks, but he was ultimately successful. We are very grateful!
Available, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient service same-day. I have used this business twice and been very satisfied with service both times.
Called at 1pm and by 4pm problem fixed.
