Our technician from Cal’s plumbing Matt Watson showed up when he said he would. Found the leak at our meter and called when with options and prices to repair. I agreed to the estimate and Matt took care of it right away. Great communication from Cal’s, and from Matt, and very professional.
Zack was delightful and professional. He diagnosed problem immediately and fixed it neatly. I got 3 calls to alert me when he would be coming. I even think the call screening AI was very good. Thank you.
Quiet, efficient, fair price.
Matt was amazing. Dug out the main water leak area in humid and hot conditions. Identified the leak and proposed a better solution that would ensure it did not happen again. Cleaned the area and left it pristine. Highly recommend him.
Great service from Dwayne
Incredible work! Had a problem with my sewage vent pipe and I couldn’t figure it out, called 3 separate companies and they gave up, but Zach stepped up to the plate and got it done in a short amount of time! Very thankful for all his help! Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our bathroom sink. I called my "forever" plumbers, Cal's Plumbing. They are my "forever" plumbers because they always do an excellent job, they always leave the job site cleaner than it was before they started, and they are reasonably priced. They came out the same day and fixed the problems.…
Travis is ROCKSTAR!!!

I’m anxiously waiting for a call from Tyler so I can ask him a couple questions but I am having this work done by Cal!
Cal’s plumbers did a terrific job. Part of it turned out to be a bit tricky, but no problem for these folks. Awesome work, very professional and reliable. THANK YOU!!!
We asked Cal's to give us estimates for some major repairs in out kitchen and bath - Nick was the only plumber who showed up on time, and actually discussed the repairs to be made, and options on how and where to spend our money- and even more importantly where NOT to spend extra! We were very pleased with both the work and professionalism from the technicians that came out to do the work. Ours is a very old house with old pipes. It can be very frustrating to work on. Kenneth did a great job, he fixed plumbing issues in which someone else did an installation not knowing what they were doing.
Ryan was very professional and thorough. He found the problem right away, that another plumber claimed he had come to my rental home and claimed he did the repair…but NOTHING had been done. When I came to see the so called repair, everything was as I had left it, soaking wet towels in the same place and found that…
The only reason this is not a 1 star is because of the technician Paul. He did a great job and I was happy with his services. This comes down to what Cal's charged for replacing a 12" section of 1 1/2 steal pipe under my sink. They were on site give or take two hours and I was charged $1069. That is outrageous…
From the office to the plumber, Kenneth Harlan, all were professional, courteous and efficient. I do not live in Tucson but needed a good plumber for a major job at a house I own and rent back to my son. It was a bit stressful finding a good plumber over the phone but when I contacted Cal’s they went above and…
We had a major leak in our main water line to the house at 4:45 PM on Friday, June 17. I called Cal's Plumbing, expecting a possible service days later, but since it was an emergency, Ryan came over immediately. Cal’s plumbing was so efficient. Being able to talk to a live agent through chat on the website and quickly set up an appointment was so much better for me and having service the same day too! Jonathan showed up on time. Work was done efficiently and effectively. Savanna at the office was very helpful as well. Overall the experience was perfect.
Joannie was wonderful to work on the phone with regards to our rescheduling and rushing to get someone out to access and repair the main water pipe to our house that was leaking and causing us to not have any water supply to the house. Dan was very professional and identified and fixed the problem right on the spot. Thanks to you all.
Plumbing repairs are scary and I was expecting the worst but the outcome was exactly what was stated on the estimate with minimal removal of existing wall. The technician was personable and professional and conscientious about clean up and safety.
Very professional. Very polite with customers. Will do business with this Plumbing business for now on.
Fortunately, the leak that was identified a few days ago was not coming from the hot water heater. It came from a pipe junction above the heater and was dripping onto the heater and then onto the floor. The repair involved was relatively simple with a shut off of the water briefly and replacement of the valve. We…
We were serviced by a plumber named Andy who was very kind and thorough. He did great work replacing our waterline outside the house. He installed new valves on the waterline, a hose connection, and insulation where it comes out from the ground. We were given a great price for the service that was fair. Highly…

Billy is awesome. We have used him for years, and followed him to Cal's Plumbing. As usual, he was very direct, honest and clear about the problem and how to solve it. It was a complicated leak requiring emergency blue-staking, a mini-excavator, and a lot of rocks, but he was ultimately successful. We are very grateful!
