I called on a Friday AM and Lucas was there by 1. He scoped the job, brought in an associate with a 75 gallon water heater, and they were gone by 4. I had a hot shower by 5:30 vs on Monday!
The technician came to evaluate a potential repair to the shower control. He gave a reasonable diagnosis of the symptoms and provided multiple options to move forward. CALS provided a water main connection for me two years ago after a hard freeze. They were prompt in response and did great job for a good price.
Chris Johnson was professional and thorough in answering my questions. I would work with him again.
Had them out to do an estimate on a shower hot water problem. The tech Chris was very professional and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We asked Cal's to give us estimates for some major repairs in out kitchen and bath - Nick was the only plumber who showed up on time, and actually discussed the repairs to be made, and options on how and where to spend our money- and even more importantly where NOT to spend extra! Donovan and Drew were polite, professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it.
It would have been a 5 star, but because I was told there's no charge for estimates however was charged for "diagnosing the problem" and the cost of repairs which was near $400. But the attendant / plumber Travis was very kind, courteous, and respectful. .
I know I can always rely on Cal’s for prompt, efficient, professional service at a great price. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
