Caliber in Columbia fixed my daughter’s rear bumper. We were updated frequently through text every step of the way. They worked well with insurance and getting a rental. The work was finished in a week time and they called once completed to set up pickup and went over everything in person! Very nice experience!

They do great work at Caliber Columbia. Kept he updated regularly and the work was perfect!!

We have state farm auto insurance and they worked closely with each other to take care of our vehicle. The repairs look great and it only took about a week (8-9 days) from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Will never use this shop again. The wiring on my radio is now messed up after the replaced my front passenger fender. They said it wasn't their fault or responsibility.

Great repair shop

Caliber did a bumper repair/replacement for me recently. They kept me updated via text and worked seamlessly with Progressive Insurance. At pickup, they offered several payment options including Klarna and Affirm. Great experience!

If having to deal with State Farm insurance, this is the place to go. I had to have repairs done to my car through someone else’s insurance who was at fault and caliber collision made the process so easy. Julia kept me informed the entire process and my car was done earlier than the expected time. They did good on the repairs.

Great Service and Great Staff

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Excellent customer service, excellent repairs and they kept me informed with almost daily updates. Top notch in every category. Terrific people and did I mention that my car was finished a week earlier than originally planned? I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Communication was excellent, my car was ready on time, employees were extra courteous (think Chick-fil-A) and my car looks better than it did even before the accident!

Good communication throughout the process, repair done pretty quickly and done well. Answered the phone whenever I called with a question.

Caliber was able to get my car in and begin repairs quickly when other shops were booking a month or more out. Since this was an insurance repair and a car rental expense was involved, this was extremely helpful. They did a great job on the repair.
