I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my car. The body work was beautiful and Chad, Chris and everyone else there were very professional, helpful and kind. My car was ready earlier than expected and that made me really happy.

Caliber Collision fixed my License plate screw hole. The staff was very professional and friendly. I dropped by without an appointment to get the screw hole fixed. They helped me instantly when I walked in. The technician fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I will always use Caliber Collision for my auto body repairs.

I took my truck in to have it repaired after an accident and they did an outstanding job. Customer service was excellent. Everybody was completely knowledgeable as to what they were doing and very polite. I would take my truck back to Them again.

I was called and informed of what was going on with my car, and kept up-to-date and was given a time when the work would be finished.

Great shop that did my work well. I downgrade to 3 stars because corporate is too persistent in their surveys and waste your time. I might go elsewhere next time. Everybody has a survey and everybody wants to use your time for free.

They have done several repairs for me, and always do a great job.

Had car rack on left rear. Farmer's insurance sent me to this shop. They did great job on repair my car, communicate with the progress of the repair. When I went to the shop request collecting my personal stuff on the repairing car, the manage took care of everything when very informative explanation of the repair.

Victor was very kind. My car was ready in a good amount of time. They kept me updated during the process. Very satisfied.

They gave me a very detailed estimate and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs every other day. The workmanship was excellent and my car was returned to me cleaner inside and out, than when I dropped it off.

Total car repaired after a tree hit my car. Caliber Collision restored my car back to original look. Look like it just came off the car dealer floor.

Everything was outstanding except that the outside of my car was filthy from being parked in their gravel lot. I would still recommend them.

No complaints. Just minor stuff that wasn't annoying enough to sweat it.

Hopefully I never have to use their repair services again but if I do, this will be my first choice. Karen and Dustin provide super customer service. I appreciated the daily text updates on the progress. Also, they worked closely with my insurance company on updates and other details.

My car looks fantastic! They did a great job fixing the huge scrape and dent down the side of my back quarter panel. The paint matches perfectly and they even cleaned the inside of my car and made it look as good as the outside! Dustin was super nice and kept me fully informed the whole way through the repair. Everyone on the team there were great.

I really enjoyed my experience with them. It was a painless process. They will even set up your rental car for you (if applicable) and the car will be waiting on you at the shop. They will also return it! Everyone was so friendly and polite.
