Dealing with caliber collision after my accident was stress free and they did an excellent job restoring my vehicle!

2nd time to Caliber Collision and even though it’s not fun getting in a wreck they make it as painless as possible. Excellent work, car looks like new. Great staff.

Coordination between Caliber, USAA and Enterprise Rental was exceptional as well as frequent updates on progress of repair

Ramsey kept me well informed of each step in the repair process and work was completed ahead of schedule. Car looked great! Getting the rental car and returning was very convenient. Hope we never have another accident but, if we do, Caliber Collision will be doing the repairs@

I am up in Fishers area visiting family, on my drive here I lost a bolt from my scrape plate under my car, and it started dragging. I googled for a nearby place to quickly fix before I have to drive home, and Caliber had the best ratings. I called, they got me in same day, fixed in less than 10 minutes, and were so kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Hassle free experience. I was in and out quickly and I was even able to leave my rental with them instead of making an extra trip.

They did an amazing job! I always knew what the status of my car's repair were. I also found out the my car has a chrome package... that was news to me because It didn't have chrome in places that it was supposed to have it and that I paid for. Thank to my shady dealership (in texas).

The work done was done as promised on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process, and my truck looks like new. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again if needed!

Caliber collision did a great job on my repairs, washed the outside of the car, and even vacuumed the mats and seats, all completed before the scheduled completion date. The vacuuming was not expected, but a great testament to their customer service.

The Caliber Collision shop in Fishers, IN was outstanding! They do incredible work and are honest and efficient. They worked seamless with my insurance company, so I didn't have to play "the middle man". It was so nice to receive a phone call about twice a week keeping me informed of the progress. We were unsatisfied and will avoid Caliber Collision in the future for many reasons. Scheduling a 2 week appointment and then threatening holding our vehicle for 3 months because of a back-ordered part is unacceptable. The team was very respectful and really care about their customers. My F150 Limited was badly damaged and USAA was difficult to work with. Amber and the team have a lot of experience and were great helping me through the nightmare! There team of mechanics went out of there way to help as well. I highly recommend this team
