Very efficient and quick service
Hi Virgilio, we work hard to get you back on the road as quickly as we can. We know having an accident is stressful and inconvenient, so we strive to make the repair process as easy to navigate as possible.
I would not recommend this body shop. I had a fender bender, and they had my car for about a month. I understand parts can take time to arrive, but when I got my car back, the headlight, bumper trim, and tow hook cover were all misaligned. I had to bring it back to have them fix everything. (There was sanding dust throughout the engine bay, and my floor mats and a- pillar were dirty.) Several days later, I realized the lower grille had never been painted gloss black as it should have been, so I had to make another trip to get that corrected. I also recently noticed they never replaced the stickers under the hood with the oil information and warnings. To their credit, the staff was friendly, they helped provide rides, and they did correct the headlight and trim alignment. However, I don’t feel the overall quality of the work was up to par. For the amount they charged, I’m disappointed that my relatively new car was returned to me in that condition and that it took multiple trips to address issues that should have been caught before the car was returned.
