Caliber Collision

Dealing with caliber collision after my accident was stress free and they did an excellent job restoring my vehicle!

2nd time to Caliber Collision and even though it’s not fun getting in a wreck they make it as painless as possible. Excellent work, car looks like new. Great staff.

Coordination between Caliber, USAA and Enterprise Rental was exceptional as well as frequent updates on progress of repair

Ramsey kept me well informed of each step in the repair process and work was completed ahead of schedule. Car looked great! Getting the rental car and returning was very convenient. Hope we never have another accident but, if we do, Caliber Collision will be doing the repairs@

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team kept me fully updated throughout the entire process, and their communication was top-notch. A huge thank you to Ramsey, Nick, Zach, and Maddi for the exceptional support!

They're professional, friendly and helpful.

A great experience. Helpful and they always answered the phone!

Highly, highly recommend!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing the people here are. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even went out of their way to help me with an issue with my rental. They were patient, kind, and did amazing work. My car was cleaned inside and outwhich was unexpected. Definitely sent back to me in top tier condition.

I had a very positive experience with Caliber Collision. The entire process was seamless, and my car looks brand new. They did not recommend or perform any unnecessary work, and they coordinated well with my insurance company, which made everything much simpler. They were transparent about price upfront, and their… Read full review

Done on time and looked great.

I can’t say enough great things about this location. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure to keep me updated on my vehicle throughout the whole process, and the repairs were completed very quickly. I Would 100% recommend this company and use it again for any future needs.

Excellent! Have used them twice, will be first choice if needed again.

We had a great experience with Caliber. From the front desk (Lisa) to the management of the repair (Vaesch & Ramzy), it was an enjoyable experience. Despite an absolutely horrible coordinatation with Safeco Insurance/Liberty Mutual, Caliber was competent and responsive. Safeco/Liberty avoided returning calls and… Read full review

I am up in Fishers area visiting family, on my drive here I lost a bolt from my scrape plate under my car, and it started dragging. I googled for a nearby place to quickly fix before I have to drive home, and Caliber had the best ratings. I called, they got me in same day, fixed in less than 10 minutes, and were so kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Best repairs around and a national network should you move. Can not beat them for quality!

The team at Technology Drive in Fishers did an awesome job! Great service, they own their work and it is quality work.

The Caliber Fishers- Technology Ln location has pulled together a really good team. Because I have an aluminum body F-150, I was directed to this location, bypassing three other Caliber locations that are .5 mile, 2.5 miles and 6.0 miles from our home. Glad it worked out that way. It was skillfully evaluated by… Read full review

Hassle free experience. I was in and out quickly and I was even able to leave my rental with them instead of making an extra trip.

They did an amazing job! I always knew what the status of my car's repair were. I also found out the my car has a chrome package... that was news to me because It didn't have chrome in places that it was supposed to have it and that I paid for. Thank to my shady dealership (in texas).

The work done was done as promised on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process, and my truck looks like new. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again if needed!

Noah kept me updated on the progress of my car and was very knowledgeable and polite.

Great team! Highly recommend this location for any car repair needs. Zac is great and Mindy was extremely helpful. :)

Did a quick and great repair! Larry was my contact, he was great!

Very satisfied very good collision place. Ask for Noah. He will treat you very good!!

Looks like it did before the accident.

So impressed with the team at Caliber. Stellar communication from front office to point person on my car. Loved the continued updates via text about the status and the ease of working with their preferred rental vendor. Will absolutely be utilizing them if needed in future!

⭐ 1 Star – Would not recommend My experience with Caliber Collision was extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a straightforward front-end repair turned into a 2+ month ordeal. After the initial fix, I had to bring my vehicle back twice because the problem wasn’t resolved. They kept… Read full review

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle and kept everything smooth and professional from start to finish. Caliber collision did a great job on my repairs, washed the outside of the car, and even vacuumed the mats and seats, all completed before the scheduled completion date. The vacuuming was not expected, but a great testament to their customer service.

The Caliber Collision shop in Fishers, IN was outstanding! They do incredible work and are honest and efficient. They worked seamless with my insurance company, so I didn't have to play "the middle man". It was so nice to receive a phone call about twice a week keeping me informed of the progress. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Fishers, IN!

We were unsatisfied and will avoid Caliber Collision in the future for many reasons. Scheduling a 2 week appointment and then threatening holding our vehicle for 3 months because of a back-ordered part is unacceptable. Caliber knew the back-ordered part was part of the repair when the appointment was made. Our car… Read full review

After a deer strike in the middle of nowhere, I was concerned that my newish SUV would never be the same. The entire front end of the vehicle was demolished. Past experience had me worried that I'd always have a slight problem with the way the vehicle handled after a collision. Imagine the shock I had when I drove… Read full review

The work done on my vehicle was incredible and the ease of getting a rental and returning it due to their relationship with enterprise made life so much easier. Also Mindy up front was so kind and informative of the process. They were also flexible when I ended up running late on a Friday to pick up my car. Thank you

The team was very respectful and really care about their customers. My F150 Limited was badly damaged and USAA was difficult to work with. Amber and the team have a lot of experience and were great helping me through the nightmare! There team of mechanics went out of there way to help as well. I highly recommend this team

We have used Caliber several times when needed. They have won our loyalty each time.

Great work, friendly service.

Zac was great with communication and making sure all my questions were answered. Above and beyond expectations

My car needed repair after being rear-ended, and it was completed in a week. I was amazed! Zach was my rep, and he kept me informed throughout the process.

Amazing quality, great to work with.

I was extremely pleased with the service, to my car and me provided by the manager, Larry, the two receptionists, and the specialist who worked on my car. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Exceptional Experience A+++. Larry and Amber worked to take in our family’s accessible van the same day as the accident and worked tirelessly to return our vehicle to us as promptly as possible. The quality of workmanship was also exceptional with a high attention to detail. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

We had an excellent experience at Caliber after an unfortunate incident in our family car. Thankful for the quick service and great communication.

Noah H was unprofessional and unresponsive about the status of my vehicle repair over the course of multiple weeks via their own website/app portal. When I went to pick up the car, Caliber Collision scratched the inside of my trunk and refused to fix it until I said I had photos of the trunk prior to drop off. The… Read full review

Good final result but staying informed during the repair process was poor

Cars looking great now! Would definitely return

Jesse did an outstanding job on my Jeep after a fender bender. It was done faster than promised and looks even better than before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Caliber always takes care of us. They are professional, efficient, and do amazing work! I trust them to work on my cars.

Everyone was very friendly and the work done on my car was great. Service was much quicker than planned. Appreciate the communication at each step of the way.

Used them at a different location in the past. This location was no different. They have a good process for taking you through the repair process. I did not have to interact with insurance once they had it. They took care of it all and gave me regular text updates.

We had such a great experience and loved all of the communication that we received about parts and what stage the repairs were at.

In my experience, I would recommend to anyone needing collision repairs. This location particular does operate with integrity, and they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle/parts through the process. Thanks!

Very professional, timely, and they detailed the interior of my vehicle which was a huge surprise and delight!

I’m very satisfied with the results!

I’ve always liked the service and quality of the work. I’ve had several cars that they’ve worked on over the years. It may take a bit longer, but I know it will be done right or they’ll make it right. Not much more you can ask in my mind.

Brandon and Erik helped me thru every step of the process. Great communication. Services completed ahead of schedule!

Great communication! Great work!

Caliber kept me informed about the work they were doing. My car was finished before the quoted time. The repairs look great. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this place

Did everything possible to make it a 5 star business.

Absolutely great service and timely repairs. They kept me informed and stuck to a All promises.

Exceptional staff with exceptional service. Finished the repairs ahead of schedule. Always get the repairs done right the first time.

I hit a deer and they repaired my car from the damage. Not only was the outside done flawlessly. The inside was much cleaner than it’s ever been!

Good work. Great people at the Fisher, IN location.

Excellent customer service, excellent experience and excellent workmanship. Highly satisfied.

Great service, did have to push back return date

Had a fender bender, great communication, completed on date promises. Vehicle looked brand new, outside and inside!

Very impressed with work completed and very friendly and professional staff

What fantastic customer service. Every attention to detail from the time I walked in was fantastic. Brandon and the entire team at the Caliber Technology Lane location are outstanding. They certainly make dealing with a tough situation much easier. Thanks all around.

Very poor paint job. They sprayed over debris and have areas of paint runs.

They did an excellentjob repairing my vehicle after an accident.

Brought it in they did the work, looked very nice.

Outstanding store! Car looks beautiful and the staff is outstanding in every way! Very attentive and personable! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car damage repaired! 10+ stars! A big shout out to K-Sondra who went above and beyond!!

Did a great job repairing my truck and provided updates during the whole process.

Environment was very welcoming, and staff was very professional.

Terrific experience… very professional! Highly recommend!

Awesome place - everyone is super nice and got my car done super quick actually

Great service and fixed perfect. Very clean van inside after service.

K-Sondra was great and very professional with all my questions and needs. My car looks great and laborers did a fantastic job. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the amount of time in total It took my car to be completed. For parts to come in, scheduling to get my car in, and the service of my car took in total 2.5 months.

Thank you! They really helped me when I needed repair. I am grateful for such a fiercely kind auto body repair shop.

Great staff and fast service. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this place for their professionalism and ease of things. They are very straight forward and super easy to deal with. Horrible… Someone had backed into my vehicle causing damage to my hood. So, I took my car in for repair. My wife picked up the car and there was a problem with dashboard and rear camera. I immediately took it back the same day. I explained it worked when I dropped it off. The manager came back to me saying it was a… Read full review

My car suffered serious front-end damage as a result of hitting a very large pothole. Caliber was able to work directly with my insurance company and did an excellent job of communicating the status of the job throughout the repair process. Nobody ever wants a damaged car but if it happens, I'd definitely recommend this location for your repair needs.

Everyone was friendly and the process to get my car fixed was made easy. The communication throughout was also appreciated. My car's new bumper looks great and they cleaned my car too, which I wasn't expecting (thank you for that). All in all, great place.

They are amazing and friendly, they kept me up to date on everything too

Regular communication on status of repairs. Workmanship was great. Took care of one little door latch issue quickly. Friendly staff. Recommended

I can’t say enough about the crew at caliber collision. They were responsive, supportive, communicative, and they did an amazing job on my Ford Explorer as it was a big rebuild. Special thanks to Jacquelyn as she was amazing throughout the process!!!!

Very disappointed this time, the bumper is misaligned and looks like it is going to fall off, the hood is misaligned, we now have two different headlights and you can see the line in the hood where they tried to blend the paint and failed miserably

Had to have my car repaired from a wreck and Caliper Collision did such a wonderful job on my car and kept me updated the whole time. Great experience even after a not so great experience getting in a wreck.

Great service 👏

Good place to use. I will recommend them to others

Very professional and super responsive to all the questions I had. I would recommend using Caliber for any repair needs!

Caliber has the friendliest staff in town. Very welcoming and provides amazing quality work. If you need to choose a collision place choose caliber, you won't be disappointed.

I hit a deer on January 22, 2022…It is now June 16th, 2022. I have been told so many times my vehicle is almost done. I can not even begin to explain the hell that I have endured dealing with this place. Since the beginning of May I have been told it was “almost done”. Part after part after part they have said is… Read full review

K-Sondra answered any questions I had and because of her I will be recommending this company to anyone for body work.

This shop helpful and despite part delays. They kept me informed with positive attitude. I hope never to see them again but if I must I will return.

I will recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and family if needed. The staff that worked with me, Ms. Candice, Ms. Kim and Mr. Barry were/are very professional and friendly. They updated me on the process of my vehicle which was really great. Ronald. ( five*****)

Work was completed quickly and exceeded our expectations

Jesse McShanog (General Manager of the Fishers store) and the team did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. Going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Thanks so much!

Hopefully, we will never need to use Caliber again, But!!!, if we do need collision repair, I am DAM glad they are there! Professional is an understatement! The quality of work was amazing! I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else

Calibre collision is great, excellent service, very friendly staff. They go above and beyond to help the customers. Exceeded my expectations quality wise as well as price wise. Highly Recommend.

This Caliber is awful, I will never recommend them to anyone I know. I got in an accident on June 6th and still don’t have my car back, it is now August 11th. They told me it would be done multiple different times and never was. Their communication skills are not very impressive. They tried putting after market… Read full review

Caliber Collision made getting my vehicle repaired after extensive hail damage as smooth as possible. From the estimate to scheduling to repair they were on it. Customer satisfaction is obviously a priority for Caliber Collision and it shows. I highly recommend them.

This is a late entry !! I took my car to Caliber Collisions almost a month ago ! There was just a few things I wish I would have known upfront but the overall experience and the work done on my car was great !! I hardly ever leave reviews but I received compliments on their service to my car so I decided to give them a review!!!

Had bumper repaired and painted on our Verano. Work turned out great. Tiffany and all the employees we encountered were great. Tiffany kept us apprised of the progress of work. It was seamless!

Very professional and completed the work early. Great experience. I highly recommend.

Wonderful communication, excellent work, car returned early!

I have used caliber on a few occasions to fix my genesis, Murano, and Honda Accord. I received a new spoiler aftermarket, and brought it to them because I wanted to have a professional installation done- in case some weird scenario popped up. I spoke with Justin and he looked at it and it was super simple he said… Read full review

I had my first service interaction with Caliber Collision on 3/12/21. From entrance to departure, the experience was professionally "on top" of things, lead by Jesse McShanog, Asst. GM and Production Mgr. I met Jesse around 2008 when in need of Jeep service and new to Indy. Jesse has proven over the years to be a… Read full review

Caliber fixed my sons car after someone backed into him. It was a hit and run. His car was parked and they hit it so hard that it broke the radiator suspension.

Our truck was hit while parked and had a lot of damage. We took it to Caliber Collision and they were very detailed into looking at the damage and didn't accept cheap parts to just replace on the vehicle. David was very helpful and knowledgeable through out the process and always kept us updated. He made a not so fun situation, better.
