I can’t say enough great things about this location. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hassle free experience. I was in and out quickly and I was even able to leave my rental with them instead of making an extra trip.

They did an amazing job! I always knew what the status of my car's repair were. I also found out the my car has a chrome package... that was news to me because It didn't have chrome in places that it was supposed to have it and that I paid for. Thank to my shady dealership (in texas).

The work done was done as promised on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process, and my truck looks like new. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again if needed!

We were unsatisfied and will avoid Caliber Collision in the future for many reasons. Scheduling a 2 week appointment and then threatening holding our vehicle for 3 months because of a back-ordered part is unacceptable.
