I can’t say enough great things about this location. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hassle free experience. I was in and out quickly and I was even able to leave my rental with them instead of making an extra trip.

They did an amazing job! I always knew what the status of my car's repair were. I also found out the my car has a chrome package... that was news to me because It didn't have chrome in places that it was supposed to have it and that I paid for. Thank to my shady dealership (in texas).

The work done was done as promised on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the repair process, and my truck looks like new. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again if needed!

We were unsatisfied and will avoid Caliber Collision in the future for many reasons. Scheduling a 2 week appointment and then threatening holding our vehicle for 3 months because of a back-ordered part is unacceptable. K-Sondra was great and very professional with all my questions and needs. My car looks great and laborers did a fantastic job. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the amount of time in total It took my car to be completed. For parts to come in, scheduling to get my car in, and the service of my car took in total 2.5 months.

Very disappointed this time, the bumper is misaligned and looks like it is going to fall off, the hood is misaligned, we now have two different headlights and you can see the line in the hood where they tried to blend the paint and failed miserably

Had to have my car repaired from a wreck and Caliper Collision did such a wonderful job on my car and kept me updated the whole time. Great experience even after a not so great experience getting in a wreck.
