Very professional and satisfactory work

I appreciated getting text updates regarding the progress of the work on our vehicle along wih the estimated completion date.

I got my car back in the same condition that I bought it brandnew and this was after it getting $6000 worth of damage from hitting a deer! They kept me updated all the time and if the pick up date changed they always kept me informed the entire way! They even gave it a nice wash inside and out when they gave it… Read full review

I didn’t know about this place prior to my vehicle being damaged. The insurance company of the person who hit my vehicle had this listed as a location I could take my car to get repaired. The 2 women in the front office that helped me during drop off and pick up were very kind and knowledgeable! The repair was… Read full review

Hey Everyone: This is Bill Hayes from The Flying Toasters. I have had the honor and pleasure of performing in Indy and regionally for the past 21 years with this band. Unfortunately, drumming and singing seems to come easier to me than driving... This is where Caleb and the Oh-So-Talented Team at Caliber Collision… Read full review

I was involved in a minor hit and run. I’d had Caliber do some work on my vehicle in the past and had been pleased, so I went back there for this work. Communication was great, drop off and pick up were smooth and easy. Enterprise brought me a rental car and let me drop it off there when the work was complete. Great… Read full review

Would highly recommend Caliber! Caleb was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for an estimate, not expecting to get the repair done same day, but Caleb said it would likely be a simple job, so took my car back immediately and got it done. Very reasonable pricing too!

I've been to caliber a couple times now, over the years. "other drivers" are terrible. what I like best about this chain is that the employees are problem solvers. they really are like project managers coordinating everything on your behalf and minimizing the lift on your end. while having to get your car fixed… Read full review

There’s a reason Caliber Collision has such a high reputation. While they are a big brand name they hold high morals and values. If you go to the location in Fishers ask for Asia! She will make sure that you get the best deal possible and will explain everything in detail so you know you aren’t getting taken advantage of. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

With not being from the area and having terrible luck with cars, I’m always worried about who to trust when needing repairs. Great work

I took my vehicle in after being side-swiped, and Caliber Collision was one of the at-fault's insurance's "approved" vendors. They fixed up my car just fine and were excellent with their communication. The staff were very friendly and considerate. Parts seem to be hard to get right now so repairs took a little longer, but I still wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Andy was awesome, let me know what was going on with my car whether it was good news or bad. My car looks better than before the accident. Thanks Andy, you're the best 👍

The team at Caliber is amazing to deal with. From start to finish they kept me in the loop and got my repairs done as quickly as possible. There were a couple hiccups due to parts being delayed, but that is not on them at all. That is just the world we are dealing with at this point in time. Even when that happened, they let me know and they had a plan.

The staff was phenomenal. Andy Chenault really went the extra mile. Thank you!

Justin did great!

Their work is top-notch, their customer service is stellar, and the attention I received was incredible given that they had a shop full of cars and other customers to deal with. It was surprisingly a great experience. With covid and all the shops being backed up I called many places to not get any help or understanding until I called Caliber and spoke to Andy. So Caliber did an outstanding job on one my vehicles again. First of all they were able to get me on before any other bodyshop around would. This was self-pay job to shine-up my 83-year-old Mother's 17-year-old car (with less than 40,000-miles) for the rest of her years. It had mostly cosmetic damage but it included bumper damage that caused the turn-signal to fail. Caliber Collision on Britton Park (just west of SR 37 & 135th Street) treated the job… Read full review

I had my car in for body work due to an accident. While the repair took a little longer than expected they did a great job with staying in communication and really went above and beyond during and after the service to make sure I was happy with everything that occurred. I can highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.

Very professional, courteous, and prompt. Most helpful and informative. Made sure I understood process and pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Though it took them much longer to fix my car that promised, but they are very professional and they did the job right. The delay was mainly related to supply chain interruption resulting from the pandemic. Overall, very satisfied with the the result.

The team was outstanding. They communicated when they said they would. The work they did was fantastic and each person I dealt with was compassionate about the accident and very friendly as well as accommodating.

Justin went above and beyond . Seems like a perfectionist which is exactly who I want repairing my truck. And this was just an estimate! Thanks and looking forward to you all completing the repairs.

Good job

The job was excellent! Very happy with the work done!

They did the body work on my Mustang following at fender bender. Great work. Great customer service. Easy to work with them.

Excellent experience! Great quality of work, main contact David was awesome. I was kept up to date about my vehicle's progress and everything went as smoothly and efficient as it could have!

They kept me up-to-date on the repairs of my vehicle the entire way, and were more than happy to answer additional questions I had. Very happy with my service.

David was such a great guy to have along the process. Kept me informed and was very positive. They also had my car done a week before the expected date.

Car returned missing part/fasteners and with a bent wheel and damaged tire. Returned and the gave me a new tire on same bent wheel but added a ton of weights to try and pass it off. Still have vibrations while driving the car because of it. Sent car to a costly dealership to do a simple job of replacing oil pan. Avoid like the corona virus.
