I have had to use caliber on two different occasions. Both times, everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. They kept me informed weekly, and my car was ready when they said it would be. I share this good experience whenever I have an opportunity.

I stopped by on the day of my meeting and the manager went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t without a car any longer than necessary, even adjusting the drop-off date to work for everyone.
